Customer Service Medewerker (32 uur)

Als Customer Service Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Onze producten - wijn en koffie - zijn bijzonder. Je adviseert klanten over deze prachtige producten, beantwoordt vragen en lost problemen op via telefoon en e-mail. Met jouw persoonlijke benadering en inlevingsvermogen weet je elke klant een uitstekende ervaring te bieden. Je schakelt snel tussen verschillende systemen om de juiste informatie te vinden en passende oplossingen te bieden. Natuurlijk zijn er richtlijnen, maar we werken niet met vaste scripts. Er is ruimte om de klant van een passende oplossing te voorzien.

Je komt terecht in een dynamische en vooruitstrevende werkomgeving en krijgt de kans om deel uit te maken van een enthousiast en toegewijd team met 20 collega's. Door het hands-on en informele karakter van het team bereiken we mooie resultaten.
