Buscamos Asesor Telefónico-académico En EADIC, estamos buscando un Asesor Telefónico-académico y con enfoque a asesora sobre nuestros servicios , motivado y profesional para formar parte de nuestro equipo. Como Asesor telefónico, serás la primera persona de contacto para nuestros clientes, brindando asistencia, resolviendo problemas y garantizando una experiencia de servicio excepcional.

Responsabilidades: Atender llamadas entrantes y resolver consultas de clientes de manera clara y profesional. Proveer información detallada sobre nuestros productos y servicios, ofreciendo soluciones adecuadas a las necesidades de los clientes. Registrar y gestionar las interacciones con los clientes en nuestro sistema de CRM. Identificar problemas recurrentes y proporcionar recomendaciones para mejorar los procesos de servicio. Mantener un alto nivel de satisfacción en los clientes mediante un servicio eficiente y amigable. Colaborar con otros departamentos para resolver problemas que requieran asistencia adicional.

Requisitos: Experiencia previa en atención al cliente telefónica o en un puesto similar ( certificada igual o mayor a 1 año ) Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita. Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas en un entorno dinámico. Actitud positiva y habilidades para resolver problemas de manera efectiva. Conocimiento básico de herramientas de oficina y sistemas CRM (preferible).

Ofrecemos: Salario mensual más prestaciones sociales. Horario: Lunes a viernes de 7:30 a 17:15. Modalidad híbrida (trabajo presencial y remoto). Vacaciones colectivas en agosto y diciembre Contrato termino indefinido.
