EADIC, una empresa líder en el campo de la educación y formación en línea, está buscando una persona altamente motivada y dinámica para unirse a nuestro equipo como Asesor Telefónico en nuestra oficina de Bogotá. Como Asesor Telefónico, serás responsable de brindar un excelente servicio al cliente a nuestros clientes a través de la comunicación telefónica.

Responsabilidades clave:

  • Atender llamadas entrantes y responder a las consultas y solicitudes de los clientes de manera profesional y oportuna.
  • Brindar información precisa sobre nuestros productos y servicios a clientes potenciales y existentes.
  • Ayudar a los clientes a navegar por nuestra plataforma en línea y solucionar cualquier problema técnico.
  • Manejar y resolver quejas y preocupaciones de los clientes con paciencia y empatía.
  • Mantener un alto nivel de conocimiento de los productos para abordar eficazmente las consultas de los clientes y ofrecer recomendaciones.
  • Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo para asegurar una experiencia positiva para el cliente.
  • Seguir los procedimientos de comunicación, las directrices y las políticas para mantener la satisfacción del cliente.
  • Cumplir y superar los objetivos de rendimiento individuales y del equipo.

Requisitos:

  • Título de educación secundaria o equivalente; se valorará un título universitario.
  • Experiencia comprobada en servicio al cliente, preferiblemente en un centro de llamadas o entorno similar.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.
  • Capacidad para mantenerse calmado y profesional en situaciones de estrés.
  • Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones.
  • Dominio del uso de computadoras y familiaridad con software CRM.
  • Fluidez en español y dominio del inglés (escrito y hablado).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar a tiempo completo, incluyendo fines de semana y festivos si es necesario.
