¿ A quien buscamos? Buscamos un/a Ejecutivo/a Comercial Senior con enfoque consultivo, excelente comunicación y experiencia comprobada en la venta de servicios educativos o profesionales. Idealmente con formación o experiencia en consultoría, coaching, formación ejecutiva o desarrollo organizacional. Responsabilidades

  • Asesorar de forma personalizada a interesados en programas máster online.
  • Detectar necesidades formativas de clientes individuales y corporativos.
  • Ofrecer soluciones académicas a medida y realizar seguimiento hasta el cierre.
  • Participar en campañas comerciales en conjunto con el equipo de marketing.
  • Reportar indicadores clave de gestión y desempeño comercial.

Perfil deseado

  • Estudios universitarios en cualquier área (se valora formación adicional en posgrados, coaching, consultoría, etc.).
  • 3 a 5 años de experiencia en venta de servicios de valor agregado (educación, consultoría, tecnología, formación ejecutiva...).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, persuasión y escucha activa.
  • Alta orientación a resultados y buen manejo de relaciones con perfiles profesionales.
  • Manejo de CRM (deseable HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado (deseable).
