EADIC es una empresa española especializada en formación de posgrado y de continuidad para ingenieros/as y arquitectos/as en España y Latinoamérica y pionera en desarrollo e impartición de cursos, programas y Máster.

Hoy en día, EADIC forma a miles de ingenieros/as y profesionales de diferentes áreas, principalmente de habla hispana, en sus más de 50 másteres y sus innumerables e innovadores cursos de especialización, incursionando a la vez con algunos de estos programas en el mercado anglosajón.

Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a Industrial dinámico/a, versátil y con habilidades de comunicación excepcionales para incorporarse a nuestro equipo. Este perfil será clave para apoyar en la gestión de procesos académicos, selección de docentes y mejora continua de la calidad formativa.

Responsabilidades

  • Apoyar en los procesos de selección, evaluación e incorporación de docentes.
  • Hacer seguimiento a la entrega oportuna de contenidos y materiales formativos.
  • Colaborar en la gestión operativa y administrativa del área.
  • Participar en el diseño y mejora de procesos internos, enfocándose en la eficiencia y calidad.
  • Proponer e implementar mejoras organizativas y metodologías de trabajo.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad educativa y buenas prácticas.

Requisitos

  • Titulación en Ingeniería Industrial (o afines).
  • Experiencia previa en gestión administrativa, educativa o de RRHH (deseable).
  • Conocimiento de herramientas para la mejora de procesos (Lean, BPM, ISO, etc.).
  • Habilidades avanzadas en comunicación escrita y verbal.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo.
