Responsable de Relaciones Públicas y Eventos– Kinedrik

¿Quieres ser parte de la organización de un evento internacional que marcará un antes y un después en el sector educativo y tecnológico?

En Kinedrik (la evolución de EADIC), buscamos un/a Coordinador/a de Eventos y Comunicación que lidere la planificación, logística y difusión de un gran evento estratégico para nuestra marca.

No se trata solo de coordinar actividades, sino de asegurar que cada detalle —desde la convocatoria en medios hasta la gestión con proveedores— sume al éxito del proyecto.

  • Tu misión Planificación y logística del evento: agenda, espacios, recursos y cronograma.
  • Relaciones con medios y comunicación: gestión de entrevistas, notas de prensa y contactos estratégicos para garantizar visibilidad.
  • Gestión de proveedores: búsqueda, negociación y coordinación de servicios (catering, montaje, audiovisuales, etc.).
  • Publicidad y promoción: coordinación de campañas de difusión en medios digitales y tradicionales.
  • Coordinación interna: trabajo transversal con equipos de marketing, dirección y alianzas estratégicas.
  • Lo que esperamos de ti Formación en Comunicación, Relaciones Públicas, Marketing, Organización de Eventos o afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en organización de eventos, comunicación corporativa o relaciones públicas.
  • Capacidad para gestionar presupuestos, proveedores y cronogramas de manera eficiente.
  • Habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita para relacionarte con medios y partners estratégicos.
  • Proactividad, resolución de problemas y orientación a resultados.
  • Inglés intermedio/avanzado (mínimo B2), valorable C1.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional e internacional.
