The posting

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités industrielles, nous recherchons un(e) Chargé d'Affaires Équipements Industriels H/F capable de piloter des projets liés à la conception, au développement et à la mise en œuvre d'équipements de production.

Rattaché(e) aux équipes techniques et projets, vous intervenez sur l'ensemble du cycle de vie des équipements industriels, depuis l'analyse du besoin jusqu'à leur mise en service et leur intégration en production.

Vos missions missions consisteront à :

  • Identifier et analyser les besoins en équipements et moyens de production.
  • Rechercher, concevoir ou faire évoluer des équipements industriels adaptés aux contraintes de fabrication.
  • Piloter le développement d'outillages, de moyens industriels et d'équipements de production.
  • Assurer le suivi technique, budgétaire et planning des projets dont vous avez la responsabilité.
  • Coordonner les différents intervenants internes et externes tout au long du projet.
  • Superviser l'installation, les essais, le démarrage et la mise en production des équipements.
  • Accompagner les équipes de production dans l'utilisation des nouveaux moyens industriels.
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des équipements afin d'optimiser leur performance, leur disponibilité et la productivité des ateliers.

Profil

Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bac+5 Ingénieur en mécanique, industrialisation, génie mécanique ou équivalent, ou d'une formation technique complétée par une solide expérience dans les équipements industriels.

Vous justifiez d'une expérience minimum de 5 ans dans le développement, la conception ou le pilotage d'équipements de production, d'outillages ou de machines spéciales au sein d'un environnement industriel.

Vous possédez idéalement des compétences en :

  • Gestion de projets industriels.
  • Conception mécanique et développement d'équipements.
  • Industrialisation et moyens de production.
  • Suivi d'installation, mise en service et amélioration des performances industrielles.
  • Coordination d'équipes pluridisciplinaires et gestion des interfaces techniques.

Une expérience dans les domaines des outillages, équipements de production, machines spéciales ou procédés industriels constitue un véritable atout.

Reconnu(e) pour votre autonomie, votre sens de l'organisation et votre capacité à piloter plusieurs sujets en parallèle, vous savez prendre des décisions techniques et accompagner les équipes dans la réussite des projets.

Une expérience en animation technique, accompagnement de profils juniors ou coordination d'équipes projet sera particulièrement appréciée.
