The posting

Dans le cadre de nos activités sur un site nucléaire d'envergure, SNEF Power Services recherche un(e) Préparateur(trice) de chantier motivé(e) et rigoureux(se) pour renforcer ses équipes sur site.

Vos Missions

Rattaché(e) au Responsable de Chantier et en interface directe avec le Bureau d'Études et la Logistique, vous assurez la préparation technique, logistique et documentaire des interventions :

  • Préparation technique et documentaire : Rédiger les procédures, instructions de montage et modes opératoires. Élaborer et piloter la constitution des PQR (Plan Qualité Réalisation) et LOMC (Liste des Opérations et Matériels Contrôlés) à partir des données d'études (LDE). Vérifier la conformité et l'indiçage des plans (BPE) avant tout démarrage de préparation des Dossiers d'Intervention (DI). Compiler et alimenter les dossiers de préparation (classeurs d'intervention, étiquettes câbles/équipements, etc.).
  • Logistique & Approvisionnements : Coordonner l'état des stocks et des commandes avec le Magasinier et le Responsable Logistique. Assurer le suivi et la traçabilité des matériels, équipements et tourets de câbles. Préparer les kits matériels associés à chaque DI pour remise aux équipes d'exécution.
  • Suivi terrain, Qualité & Sécurité : Effectuer des visites préparatoires sur le terrain (avec le Chef de Chantier / Chef d'Équipe) pour valider la faisabilité technique des plans. Participer au traitement des non-conformités (FNC, FDA) en lien avec le service Qualité. Remettre les DI validés aux Responsables Qualité et veiller au respect des exigences contractuelles. Participer aux réunions de suivi d'avancement et alimenter les indicateurs de reporting (points bloquants, cadencements).

Profil Recherché

  • Formation & Expérience : De formation Technicien Supérieur ou Ingénieur (Génie Électrique, Mécanique ou Industrialisation/Méthodes), vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie en préparation de chantier ou support technique dans l'industrie. Une expérience préalable dans le secteur nucléaire ou sur un grand projet d'ingénierie est vivement souhaitée.
  • Compétences techniques : Parfaite maîtrise de la lecture de plans techniques (P&ID, isométriques, plans d'implantation, etc.). Maîtrise de la rédaction documentaire (DI, PQR, LOMC, modes opératoires). À l'aise avec la gestion des approvisionnements matériels et les outils bureautiques / de suivi (Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD).
  • Habilitations & Qualités personnelles : Habilitations nucléaires / sécurité à jour (ex: HN / Sûreté / CSQ / PR1) ou éligible aux accès du site nucléaire concerné. Bon relationnel, esprit d'équipe, rigueur documentaire et réactivité.
