  1. OBJECTIF DU POSTE

Assurer le traitement fiable, rapide et conforme des opérations Remittance et des activités associées, tout en sécurisant les flux, la comptabilisation des commissions, le suivi des comptes internes et la qualité de service fournie aux clients, aux agences et aux sous-agents.

  1. PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES & TÂCHES
  • Exécuter et contrôler les opérations Remittance afin d’éviter toute perte opérationnelle.
  • Traiter et liquider en J+1 les opérations réalisées par les sous-agents, avec finalisation avant 10 h pour les opérations de la veille.
  • Assurer la comptabilisation des commissions des sous-agents à la fin de chaque mois.
  • Suivre quotidiennement la perception et la comptabilisation des commissions Remittance, puis effectuer le nivellement mensuel vers le compte de revenus.
  • Traiter le jour même les requêtes des clients, des agences, des filiales et des sous-agents.
  • Assurer le traitement des compensations et la couverture des advices dans un délai de 24 heures.
  • Suivre les suspens sur les comptes internes et veiller à leur apurement dans les délais requis.
  • Établir quotidiennement le proofing des comptes internes liés aux envois, paiements, commissions et compensations.
  • Préparer les rapports réglementaires et d’activité dans les délais convenus, notamment le reporting mensuel destiné à la Banque Centrale.
  • Contribuer aux projets de l’institution, aux initiatives d’amélioration continue et à l’adaptation aux changements.
  1. PROFIL DU POSTE

Expérience et Qualifications requises

Formation & Experience

  • Diplôme universitaire de niveau Bac+3 au minimum en gestion, finance, comptabilité, économie, banque ou domaine connexe.
  • Expérience pertinente dans les opérations bancaires, les transferts d’argent, les moyens de paiement, la comptabilité opérationnelle ou le back-office.
  • Bonne compréhension des contrôles opérationnels, du rapprochement des comptes, du traitement des suspens et du reporting.
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques, notamment Excel, et aisance dans l’utilisation des applications opérationnelles.
  • Bonne capacité rédactionnelle et relationnelle en français ; la connaissance de l’anglais constitue un atout.
