Acerca del rol:

Serás el encargado de gestionar procesos de facturación que incluyen recibir, revisar y procesar pedidos para las diferentes unidades de negocios, socios estratégicos y clientes externos acorde a los procesos establecidos.

Funciones:

  • Asegurar que los procesos relacionados a la facturación de pedidos, anulación de facturas, consultas de estatus de clientes, elaboración de cotizaciones, despachos anticipados, egresos de encargos, refacturaciones, atención al buzón de servicios de facturación y demás acciones del alcance de servicios de facturación sean cumplidos en el tiempo establecido.
  • Atender de manera eficaz y eficiente; así como brindar asistencia permanente a clientes internos y externos, proporcionando información sobre el estado de pedidos y facturas y resolución de problemas que puedan existir.
  • Mantener registros precisos y actualizados de todas las transacciones de facturación y correspondencia con los clientes internos y externos para garantizar la trazabilidad de los pedidos y facilitar la resolución de problemas de forma eficiente.

Requisitos

¿Qué necesitas para participar?

Además de demostrar tu talento deberás cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:

Estudios: Egresados o graduados de Ingeniería Comercial, Administración de Empresas, Economía, Finanzas, Negocios Internacionales o carreras afines.

Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año en áreas de facturación o áreas administrativas.

Conocimientos: Excel y paquete de office nivel intermedio.

Ciudad base: Guayaquil.

Indispensable contar con disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos: Turnos rotativos: 8:00 a 16:45 y de 8:30 a 17:15 y turnos extendidos dependiendo de la operación.

Sábados: rotativos de 8:30 a 13h00
