En Ecuaquimica seguimos creciendo en nuestra Unidad de Negocio de Salud Humana con nuestra línea de Nutricia, que ahora además del portafolio de fórmulas infantiles integra un nuevo portafolio especializado en la nutrición de adultos.

Este crecimiento nos abre una gran oportunidad: sumar a un Coordinador de Visita Médica que quiera liderar este equipo y ser parte de este desafío y convertirse en un pilar clave para posicionar nuestra nueva línea entre los profesionales de la salud.

Acerca del rol:

Serás responsable de liderar, coordinar y desarrollar al equipo de visita médica del portafolio de Nutricia, asegurando la correcta ejecución de la estrategia promocional y científica, con el objetivo de fortalecer el posicionamiento de las marcas, generar valor clínico en los profesionales de la salud y contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales, siempre bajo altos estándares éticos y regulatorios.Liderar, coordinar y desarrollar al equipo de visita médica del portafolio de Nutricia, asegurando la correcta ejecución de la estrategia promocional y científica, con el objetivo de fortalecer el posicionamiento de las marcas, generar valor clínico en los profesionales de la salud y contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales, siempre bajo altos estándares éticos y regulatorios.

¿Cómo será un día tuyo?

  • Coordinar y supervisar la ejecución del plan de visita médica del portafolio Nutricia, asegurando alineación con la estrategia comercial y médica definida.
  • Liderar, acompañar y desarrollar al equipo de visitadores médicos, mediante coaching en terreno, retroalimentación continua y planes de mejora.
  • Asegurar la correcta comunicación científica y promocional del portafolio de nutrición médica especializada, conforme a los lineamientos regulatorios y éticos.
  • Analizar indicadores de desempeño (cobertura, frecuencia, calidad de visita, data de mercado, market share, resultados comerciales, entre otros) y proponer acciones correctivas.
  • Coordinar entrenamientos técnicos y de habilidades comerciales para el equipo de visita médica, realizar mentoría, coaching y acompañamiento.
  • Participar en la elaboración y ejecución de planes de lanzamiento, campañas promocionales y actividades científicas.
  • Mantener relacionamiento estratégico con líderes de opinión, instituciones de salud y stakeholders relevantes.
  • Asegurar el uso eficiente de herramientas de CRM, reportes y sistemas de gestión comercial.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de políticas internas, códigos de conducta y normativas vigentes del sector salud.
  • Crear vínculos efectivos y relaciones de confianza con los profesionales de la salud, realizando actividades que incrementen el relacionamiento como: visitas acompañadas, eventos médicos y atenciones personalizadas.

Requisitos

Requisitos:

¿Qué necesitas para participar? Además de demostrar tu talento, deberás cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:

Estudios: Graduado con estudios en Ing. Comercial, Negocios Internacionales, Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Nutrición, Ventas o afines.

Experiencia: De preferencia mínimo 4 años en áreas de visita médica, liderando médicos de especialidades y mínimo 2 años de experiencia liderando equipos de visita médica o en roles de coordinación/supervisión.

Vehículo: Tener vehículo propio y disponibilidad para realizar coberturas. Licencia vigente tipo B o C.

Ciudad Base: Quito

Movilidad: Disponibilidad para realizar cobertura de zonas en Quito + giras (Pichincha, Sto. Domingo, Esmeralda, Azuay) y otras provincias eventualmente.

Conocimiento:

  • Conocimiento sólido del modelo de visita médica y promoción científica
  • Interpretación y uso de estudios clínicos y evidencia científica.
  • Manejo de indicadores comerciales y análisis de desempeño.
  • Uso de herramientas CRM y sistemas de reporte.
  • Dominio de paquete de office (Word y Power Point). Conocimiento de uso de IA.
