En Ecuaquimica seguimos creciendo en nuestra Unidad de Negocio de Salud Humana con nuestra línea de Nutricia, que ahora además del portafolio de fórmulas infantiles integra un nuevo portafolio especializado en la nutrición de adultos.

Este crecimiento nos abre una gran oportunidad: sumar a Visitadores Médicos que quieran ser parte de este desafío y convertirse en un pilar clave para posicionar nuestra nueva línea entre los profesionales de la salud.

Acerca del rol:

En este rol como Visitador Médico tendrás el reto de sembrar, posicionar y desarrollar el portafolio médico especializado para la nutrición de adultos, a través de un amplio dominio técnico y con respaldo científico en la visita médica ante especialistas como: Médicos internistas, Cardiólogos, Endocrinólogos y otros profesionales de la salud; a fin de generar introducción en el mercado, crecimiento de prescripciones y venta del portafolio de la línea de adultos de Nutricia enfocado en las mejores propuestas y soluciones para el paciente.

¿Cómo será un día tuyo?

  • Desarrollarás la siembra de nuestro portafolio nutricional para adultos mediante las visitas a profesionales de la salud, respaldadas con literatura científica e identificarás oportunidades de mercado a fin de promover iniciativas que impulsen el posicionamiento de nuestros productos.
  • Brindarás capacitación a profesionales de la salud sobre nuestro portafolio, compartiendo tanto la evidencia científica, como sus indicaciones, beneficios y protocolos de uso, para asegurar una prescripción responsable, informada y efectiva con los médicos especialistas.
  • Participarás en actividades científicas, charlas y eventos médicos para alcanzar posicionamiento de marca de nuestros nuevos productos de la línea de adultos en el territorio o zona asignada.
  • Manejarás objeciones con argumentos médicos basados en literaturas clínicas y guías nutricionales actualizadas.

Requisitos

Requisitos:

¿Qué necesitas para participar? Además de demostrar tu talento, deberás cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:

Estudios: Graduados en carreras de Ingeniería Comercial, Administrativas, Marketing o afines.

Experiencia: De preferencia mínimo 4 años en áreas de visita médica, liderando médicos de especialidades: Médico internista, endocrinólogos, ginecólogos, cardiólogos y médicos generales.

Vehículo: Tener vehículo propio y disponibilidad para realizar coberturas. Licencia vigente tipo B o C.

Ciudad Base: Guayaquil

Movilidad: Disponibilidad para realizar cobertura de zonas en Guayas + giras.

Conocimiento:

  • Manejo y presentación de productos nutricionales (fórmulas, suplementos, nutracéuticos, alimentos especializados).
  • Manejo de técnicas de visita médica: segmentación, planificación, análisis de indicadores y seguimiento de territorios.
  • Gestión de relaciones con profesionales de la salud, instituciones médicas y líderes de opinión.
  • Herramientas digitales de visita médica y/o CRM como Close – UP para presentaciones científicas y reportes.
