En Ecuaquimica, buscamos un Asistente Financiero que brinde soporte al área de Planificación Financiera, asegurando la calidad de la información y contribuyendo con análisis y reportes que acompañen la gestión del negocio.

Acerca del Rol

Como Asistente Financiero, serás responsable de gestionar, procesar y analizar información financiera, asegurando la confiabilidad de los datos y la generación de reportes oportunos que faciliten la toma de decisiones del negocio, participando activamente en los procesos de planificación y control financiero.

¿Cúales serán tus principales funciones en un día a día en tu nuevo rol?

  • Consolidar, depurar y analizar información financiera proveniente de distintas fuentes, asegurando la calidad, consistencia y confiabilidad de los datos.
  • Elaborar y actualizar reportes financieros y de gestión (ventas, costos, márgenes, gastos), apoyando el seguimiento del desempeño del negocio y la toma de decisiones.
  • Brindar soporte en los procesos de planificación financiera (presupuesto, forecast y proyecciones), preparando bases de datos y modelos de análisis.
  • Construir y mantener dashboards e informes en herramientas como Power BI, así como automatizar procesos de reportería para mejorar la eficiencia y calidad de la información.
  • Apoyar en el análisis de rentabilidad y en la elaboración de presentaciones ejecutivas, así como participar en proyectos del área financiera, brindando soporte analítico y operativo.

Requisitos

¿Qué necesitas para participar?

Además de demostrar tu talento, pasión por el mundo financiero y expertis profesional deberás cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:

Formación académica

  • Graduado en carreras Financieras, CPA, Economía, Gestión Empresarial y/o afines.

Experiencia

Mínimo dos años en áreas financieras, análisis de datos, controlling o roles similares.

Conocimiento

  • Excel Avanzado (indispensable: tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, manejo de bases de datos).
  • Power BI Intermedio (modelado básico de datos, creación de dashboards).
  • Conocimientos en análisis financiero (ingresos, costos, márgenes, gastos).
