Si tu pasión es la logística, la gestión de operaciones y la optimización de la cadena de suministro, esta es tu oportunidad de asumir un rol estratégico en Nutrición Animal, liderando la operación logística de producto terminado y asegurando la eficiencia, disponibilidad y trazabilidad de nuestros productos.

Acerca del Rol

Como Jefe Logístico, serás responsable de planificar, dirigir y controlar la operación de bodega de producto terminado, garantizando la eficiencia de los procesos de recepción, almacenamiento, administración de inventarios, preparación de pedidos, despacho y transporte. Tendrás un rol clave en la continuidad operativa y el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio, impulsando la optimización de costos, la productividad y el uso eficiente de los recursos, en coordinación con las áreas comerciales y operativas.

¿Cuáles serán tus principales funciones en tu día a día?

  • Planificar, dirigir y controlar la operación logística de producto terminado, asegurando la correcta ejecución de los procesos de recepción, almacenamiento, preparación de pedidos, despacho y transporte.
  • Implementar la estrategia logística, alineando la capacidad operativa con la demanda comercial, los volúmenes proyectados y los niveles de servicio establecidos.
  • Garantizar la exactitud, disponibilidad y trazabilidad de los inventarios, mediante controles periódicos, conciliaciones, análisis de diferencias y acciones correctivas.
  • Administrar el presupuesto y los costos logísticos, identificando oportunidades de optimización en almacenamiento, manipulación, transporte, devoluciones y utilización de recursos.
  • Definir y monitorear indicadores clave de gestión (KPIs), como OTIF, nivel de servicio, exactitud de inventarios, productividad operativa, costo logístico y cumplimiento del plan de despachos.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de las buenas prácticas de almacenamiento, asegurando la adecuada conservación, rotación, identificación, orden, limpieza y segregación de los productos.
  • Coordinar y evaluar el desempeño de proveedores logísticos, incluyendo el seguimiento de tarifas, condiciones de servicio y cumplimiento de los acuerdos establecidos.

Requisitos

¿Qué necesitas para participar?

Buscamos un perfil con liderazgo, pensamiento analítico y orientación a resultados, capaz de gestionar operaciones logísticas de manera eficiente, tomar decisiones basadas en indicadores y generar mejoras sostenibles en la operación.

Formación académica

  • Tercer nivel terminado en Ingeniería Industrial, Logística y Transporte, Administración de Empresas, Gestión de la Cadena de Suministro o carreras afines.
  • Deseable maestría o formación complementaria en Logística, Supply Chain Management o Buenas Prácticas de Almacenamiento (BPA).

Experiencia

  • Mínimo 4 años de experiencia liderando operaciones logísticas, administración de bodegas, control de inventarios, distribución o transporte, con responsabilidades de coordinación o liderazgo.
  • Deseable experiencia en industrias de alimentos o productos de consumo masivo.

Conocimientos técnicos

  • Gestión de bodegas, almacenamiento, inventarios, distribución y transporte.
  • Metodologías de gestión de inventarios: FIFO, LIFO y JIT (Just in Time).
  • Manejo de indicadores logísticos (KPIs), niveles de servicio, eficiencia de despacho, tiempos de entrega y precisión de inventarios.
  • Administración y control de presupuestos y costos logísticos.
  • Manejo de sistemas ERP y metodología 5S.
  • Conocimiento de Power BI (deseable).
  • Buenas Prácticas de Almacenamiento, seguridad industrial, salud ocupacional y gestión de no conformidades.
