En San Camilo, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Planificador de Mantenimiento 🔧 que se encargue de coordinar y programar las actividades de mantenimiento, asegurando el uso eficiente de recursos, materiales y tiempos para contribuir a la continuidad y confiabilidad de nuestras operaciones.

📌 ¿Cuál será tu reto?

Planificar, programar y controlar las actividades de mantenimiento de los activos de la planta, asegurando la disponibilidad oportuna de los recursos humanos, repuestos, materiales, herramientas, servicios y condiciones necesarias para la ejecución eficiente y segura de los trabajos, optimizando la gestión del mantenimiento mediante el análisis de datos históricos y estadísticos de fallas, tiempos de intervención, consumos de materiales y desempeño de los activos para generar información confiable, identificar oportunidades de mejora y optimizar los planes de mantenimiento, así como impulsar la digitalización y automatización de los procesos asociados a la gestión del mantenimiento.

🚀Cómo será un día a día laboral?

  • Elaborar y mantener la planificación y programación semanal y diaria del mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo, correctivo planificado y actividades de mejora, considerando prioridades, recursos, disponibilidad de equipos y ventanas de intervención.
  • Gestionar el backlog de mantenimiento, asegurando la correcta revisión, priorización, planificación y programación de las órdenes de trabajo.
  • Definir el alcance, secuencia, tiempos estimados, recursos, materiales, repuestos, herramientas y servicios requeridos para la ejecución de los trabajos.
  • Administrar y mantener actualizada la información de avisos, órdenes de trabajo, equipos, prioridades, especialidades y tipos de mantenimiento en el CMMS.
  • Asegurar la calidad, trazabilidad y correcta gestión de las órdenes de trabajo desde su generación hasta su cierre.
  • Mantener actualizado el sistema y los planes de mantenimiento preventivo, frecuencias de intervención, procedimientos, listas de materiales y recursos requeridos.
  • Planificar los requerimientos de repuestos, materiales, consumibles, herramientas y servicios necesarios para la ejecución de las actividades programadas, coordinando su disponibilidad con Bodega y Compras
  • Desarrollar y cumplir con otras funciones inherentes al cargo y/o que requieran ejecución acorde a las metas y objetivos de la organización y de área.

Requisitos

¿Qué necesitas para participar?

Además de demostrar tu talento deberás cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:

Graduados en: Ingeniería de Automatización, Ingeniero Mecatrónico, Electrónico, Electromecánico, Mecánica Industrial, o carreras afines.

Experiencia: 1 año de experiencia en planificación, programación o gestión de mantenimiento en plantas industriales de manufactura, supervisor de mantenimiento, preferiblemente en industrias de consumo masivo, alimentos u operaciones industriales de alta continuidad.

Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios rotativos.

Conocimientos:

  • Gestión de Planificación y programación de mantenimiento.
  • RCM, RCA y análisis de fallas.
  • Gestión de inventarios y repuestos.
  • Analítica de datos, estadística aplicada.
  • Power BI, Excel intermedio - avanzado
  • SQL y/o Python, IA, automatización de procesos.
  • KPI´s de cumplimiento, normas BPM.
