🎯 ¿Cuál será tu desafío?

Modelar rutas comerciales y de distribución de Ecuaquimica, asegurando el balanceo eficiente de territorios de ventas y el análisis continuo del costo de servir por cliente, canal y zona. Es el encargado de traducir los lineamientos estratégicos de Route to Market en rutas rentables y sostenibles para todas las divisiones de la compañía.

✍ ¿Cómo será un día a día tuyo?

  • Levantarás y analizarás, en coordinación con las áreas comerciales, las necesidades asociadas a los canales de distribución, Route to Market y modelos de servicio de las diferentes unidades de negocio, contribuyendo a la identificación y gestión de alternativas que respondan a sus requerimientos.
  • Modelarás y diseñarás los ruteros fijos/dinámicos para todas las divisiones de EQ, garantizando cobertura eficiente de los diferentes canales de distribución a nivel nacional.
  • Ejecutarás periódicamente los escenarios de balanceo territorial de ventas en función de volumen de venta, frecuencia de visita, carga de cartera y dispersión geográfica, ajustando la zonificación cuando el modelo operativo lo requiera.
  • Coordinarás la construcción de los modelos de costo de servir por cliente, canal y zona, proveyendo análisis numérico que soporte o cuestione las solicitudes de frecuencia de visita del área comercial con datos concretos.
  • Realizarás monitoreo y reporte de los KPIs de la operación de rutas: OTIF, costo por kilómetro, entregas fallidas, utilización de flota y costo de servir por cliente y zona.
  • Ejecutarás la implementación de las plataformas de transporte definidas (TSM Drive in).
  • Coordinarás la implementación operativa y sostenibilidad de las plataformas de organización territorial comercial, optimizador de rutas, incluyendo el mapeo de procesos as-is/to-be, la configuración inicial de la plataforma y la preparación de los archivos de entrada desde el ERP.

Requisitos

¿Qué necesitas para triunfar?

Además de demostrar tu talento, contar con los siguientes requisitos te hará triunfar:

  • Formación académica: Graduado/a en Ingeniería Logística y Transporte, Transporte, Industrial, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia: 2 a 3 años de experiencia en áreas de logística y transporte, gestionando modelado de rutas y/o áreas de Route to Market.
  • Conocimientos clave: Excel Intermedio: modelamiento de costos, bases de datos, tablas dinámicas. Herramientas de visualización de datos: Power BI Intermedio. Software de optimización de rutas (Driv.in, Roadshow, MapInfo, OptimoRoute u otros ruteadores) Herramientas de sistemas de información geográfica: georreferenciación de clientes, geocodificación, geocercas, coordenadas GPS. KPIs de distribución y/o RTM: OTIF, costo/km, frecuencia de visita, costo de servir Modelos de RTM: Estructura de canales, función del canal, modelos de servicios y/o modelamiento de costo de servir.
