Misión:

Asegurar la entrega de producto terminado de alta calidad, inocuo y correctamente estibado mediante la operación eficiente de las máquinas de empacado y ensacado. Este cargo es responsable de controlar con precisión el peso neto y la codificación de cada saco, cumpliendo estrictamente con los estándares establecidos por la organización para la total satisfacción de nuestros clientes.

Cómo será un día de trabajo?

  • Operar y vigilar la(s) máquina(s) de empaque/ensacadora, asegurando: dosificación/pesado dentro de tolerancias, continuidad del proceso, ausencia de defectos (sacos abiertos, sellado de saco deficiente, llenado incompleto).
  • Verificar el correcto uso de materiales de empaque: sacos adecuados (tipo/gramaje), SKU.
  • Manejar montacargas para realizar transporte de PT dentro del área y hacia la bodega de PT.
  • Usar la ensacadora siguiendo procedimiento, y ejecutar ajustes por cambio de SKU/formato.
  • Realizar estibado de sacos en palets siguiendo patrón definido: altura máxima permitida, alineación, rotulado visible, paletización sin romper y/o dañar los sacos ni producto.
  • Cumplir el procedimiento de manejo de producto terminado: codificado/fecha/lote según orden, revisión visual del producto empacado.

Requisitos

¿Qué necesitas para participar?

Además de demostrar tu talento deberás cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:

Estudios: Bachiller técnico graduado en: Mecánica Industrial, Electromecánico Industrial, Electricidad.

Experiencia: 6 meses a 1 año de experiencia en cargos similares como operador de Máquina Empacadora Multicabezal y Enfardadora en procesos de fabricación de alimentos de mascotas, proceso de empaque de snacks o proceso de empaque de arroz.

Conocimientos:

  • Manejo básico de registros de control de PT (formato físico).
  • Conocimiento en Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura.
  • Operador de Máquina ensacadoras y selladoras.
  • Conocimientos en Manejo de montacargas.
  • Estiba adecuada de sacos.
