Acerca del Rol:

Como parte de nuestro equipo de Visita Médica, tendrás como misión promover y gestionar estrategias de visita médica a fin de alcanzar los objetivos de participación, crecimiento de prescripciones y venta, posicionándonos como un aliado en el desarrollo profesional médico, generando relaciones comerciales de confianza tanto con médicos privados e instituciones; que nos permitan lograr el posicionamiento de nuestras líneas de Farma & Consumo.

🚀¿Cuáles serán tus principales actividades?

  • Cumplir cobertura de visita médica en las zonas asignadas y giras, a fin de generar crecimiento y posicionamiento de nuestro portafolio de productos asignados
  • Crear vínculos efectivos y relaciones de confianza con los profesionales de la salud, tanto de instituciones públicas como privadas.
  • Ejecutar el plan de visita médica y de actividad promocional con el fin de posicionar el portafolio de productos OTC Farma, línea de Femarelle, Masterpas y demás marcas asociadas y/o asignadas.
  • Participar y ejecutar activamente en las convocatorias de médicos en los diferentes eventos programados por la empresa (congresos, simposios, lanzamientos, etc.)
  • Mantener actualizado el panel de médico y reportar el cumplimiento de sus visitas a través de los sistemas internos y/o mecánicas de trabajo establecidas para el efecto.
  • Custodiar y gestionar de forma adecuada el material de imagen de marca como muestras médicas, roll ups, trípticos, dummies y otros que sean asignados durante cada actividad; así como controlar el estado del material, reportando cualquier necesidad de reposición o reparación y/o recursos asignados en el inventario.

Requisitos

¿Qué necesitas para participar?

Además de demostrar tu talento deberás cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:

Estudios: Graduados en carreras de Ingeniería en Marketing, Administración de Empresas o afines.

Vehículo: Tener vehículo propio y disponibilidad para realizar coberturas.

Ciudad Base: Guayaquil

Movilidad: Disponibilidad para hacer coberturas en el Norte de Guayaquil, Durán Chongón y Gira a Manabi.

Experiencia: De preferencia mínimo 2 años en áreas de promoción y venta de productos farmacéuticos en línea de medicina general, línea de dolor y ginecología.

Conocimiento:

  • Técnicas de ventas y negociación.
  • Nivel intermedio de paquete de office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Manejo de Close up para visualización de data comercial/visita médica.
  • Estrategias de visita médica en líneas de medicina general, dolor y ginecología.
