  • Responsabilidades:Liderar e desenvolver os times de Dados, Governança de IA e Martech (atuando junto a gerentes e leads técnicos), definindo metas, acompanhando performance e construindo planos de sucessão; Desdobrar a estratégia global de Dados, IA e Martech, adaptando-a à realidade do negócio local e liderando a evolução do Data Lake e da Plataforma de Dados (EDP 360) em conjunto com Produtos de Dados e áreas de negócio; Assegurar a disponibilidade, qualidade, escalabilidade e confiabilidade da plataforma de dados e ecossistema Martech, garantindo integrações eficientes para suportar ativação, personalização, mensuração e documentação de tagging; Liderar a Governança de Dados e IA (incluindo o Comitê Operacional de IA), garantindo a aplicação de políticas corporativas, segurança da informação e conformidade com a LGPD em alinhamento regional; Desenhar a arquitetura de sistemas e fluxos de informação aderentes às necessidades dos usuários, conduzindo estudos de viabilidade, modelagem de processos e documentação técnica; Gerenciar o orçamento de infraestrutura, aplicações e práticas de FinOps para a plataforma de dados, além de conduzir a gestão de contratos, fornecedores e consultorias parceiras; Atuar como parceiro estratégico das áreas de negócio (com foco em Marketing), priorizando demandas, estimando custos de soluções sistêmicas e viabilizando iniciativas de alto valor.
  • Requisitos:Sólida experiência em liderança de equipes multidisciplinares nas frentes de Engenharia/Plataforma de Dados, Governança de IA e/ou Martech; Vivência consolidada em análise e desenho de arquitetura de sistemas de informação, modelagem de fluxos e viabilidade técnica/financeira de projetos de TI; Experiência comprovada na evolução de plataformas de dados (Data Lake / Cloud Data Platform), garantindo integração com ferramentas analíticas e de ativação de marketing; Forte domínio em Governança de Dados, práticas de Segurança da Informação, LGPD e frameworks de uso ético de Inteligência Artificial; Experiência em gestão orçamentária de tecnologia (infraestrutura e licenças), gestão de fornecedores/terceiros e práticas de FinOps; Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis (Kanban, Lean, Scrum) e integração contínua entre tecnologia, produto e áreas de negócio.
