Responsibilities

- Liaise with international Sales Offices regarding booking amendments, student information updates and operational arrangements.

2. Supplier & Vendor Management

- Liaise with local suppliers and service providers, including restaurants, transport companies, attractions and activity venues.

- Assist with booking confirmations, quotation requests, purchase orders and invoice processing.

- Maintain accurate supplier records and booking trackers.

3. On-site Programme Support

- Provide operational support during student group arrivals, departures and programme activities.

- Maintain accurate operational records, databases, checklists and shared documents.

- Assist with preparing operational reports, schedules and presentations.

- Support inventory management and the preparation of programme materials and resources.

- Provide general administrative support to the Operations team as required.

*** Due to the nature of international student programmes, this role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays during peak programme periods (December to February, June to August). ***

- Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
