eFitness to polska firma technologiczna tworząca rozwiązania dla branży fitness. Dostarczamy kompleksowy system do zarządzania klubami fitness, obejmujący m.in. obsługę sprzedaży, płatności, członkostwa, komunikacji z klientami oraz kontroli dostępu.

Rozwijamy własne rozwiązania technologiczne, które wspierają codzienne funkcjonowanie klubów fitness w Polsce i Europie.

Szukamy osoby na stanowisko Junior Support IT Consultant, która wesprze nas w obsłudze środowiska IT oraz technicznych zgłoszeń naszych klientów. Zakres pracy obejmuje zarówno wsparcie użytkowników i obsługę komputerów z systemem Windows, jak również pracę z urządzeniami wykorzystywanymi w klubach fitness, systemami kontroli dostępu, czytnikami, drukarkami fiskalnymi oraz sieciami komputerowymi.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Wsparcie I linii Supportu w rozwiązywaniu problemów technicznych;
  • Diagnostyka i rozwiązywanie problemów ze sprzętem oraz oprogramowaniem;
  • Konfiguracja i przygotowywanie komputerów oraz laptopów, w tym instalacja systemów Windows i niezbędnego oprogramowania;
  • Konfiguracja i utrzymanie systemów kontroli dostępu oraz wykorzystywanych w nich urządzeń;
  • Konfiguracja i wsparcie urządzeń wykorzystywanych przez klientów;
  • Wsparcie techniczne klientów biznesowych;
  • Diagnostyka podstawowych problemów związanych z sieciami komputerowymi;
  • Bieżące wsparcie w utrzymaniu środowiska IT firmy;
  • Współpraca z zespołem Supportu oraz Developmentu.

Wymagania

  • Podstawowa znajomość systemów Windows;
  • Podstawowa znajomość zagadnień związanych z sieciami komputerowymi;
  • Podstawowa wiedza z zakresu sprzętu komputerowego i administracji IT;
  • Umiejętność instalacji i konfiguracji oprogramowania;
  • Umiejętność samodzielnego rozwiązywania podstawowych problemów technicznych;
  • Zainteresowanie tematyką IT i chęć rozwijania wiedzy technicznej;
  • Samodzielność, dokładność i logiczne podejście do rozwiązywania problemów;
  • Komunikatywność i umiejętność pracy w zespole.

Mile widziane

  • Wykształcenie techniczne, np. technikum informatyczne lub kierunek pokrewny;
  • Status studenta kierunku informatycznego lub technicznego;
  • Pierwsze doświadczenie w obszarze IT – staż, praktyki, helpdesk lub serwis komputerowy;
  • Doświadczenie w kontakcie z klientem, szczególnie klientem biznesowym;
  • Podstawowa znajomość środowiska Microsoft 365 / Active Directory;
  • Znajomość zagadnień związanych z kontrolą dostępu, urządzeniami sieciowymi lub sprzętem komputerowym.
