W eFitness dostarczamy wiodący system w modelu SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) do zarządzania klubami i sieciami fitness. Nasz ekosystem chmurowy obsługuje ponad 1 200 obiektów w Polsce i za granicą, łącząc moduły rozliczeniowe, aplikacje mobilne, automatyzację kontroli dostępu oraz e-commerce.

Do naszego 2-osobowego działu marketingu poszukujemy wszechstronnego, wyjątkowo samodzielnego ekspertka/ekspertki (SaaS Generalist), który doskonale rozumie specyfikę i metryki biznesu subskrypcyjnego (SaaS), potrafi przekładać wskaźniki wzrostu (MRR, CAC, Churn, NRR) na działania marketingowe.

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Będziesz współodpowiadać za działania marketingowe wspierające wzrost naszego produktu SaaS, od budowania świadomości marki, przez generowanie i kwalifikację leadów (MQL/SQL), po wsparcie konwersji i retencji klientów.

  • Agency & Project Management: Tworzenie precyzyjnych briefów marketingowo-technicznych dla agencji (performance, SEO, PR, wideo, grafika), egzekucja KPI, weryfikacja jakości materiałów oraz kontrola budżetu.
  • SaaS Marketing & Growth: Projektowanie i egzekucja kampanii pozyskiwania klientów B2B (Demand Generation) oraz Inbound Marketingu.
  • Komunikacja wartości produktu (Product Marketing): Tłumaczenie złożonych funkcji systemu chmurowego, nowych wydań (release’ów) oraz integracji API na język korzyści biznesowych dla właścicieli i zarządów sieci fitness.
  • Optymalizacja lejka i retencji: Praca nad stroną www, portalem klienta i ścieżkami konwersji (Inbound & Content-Led Growth) oraz wspieranie działań onboardingowych zorientowanych na obniżanie wskaźnika odejść (Churn).

Wymagania konieczne (Must-Have):

  • Minimum 3–5 lat doświadczenia w marketingu B2B w modelu SaaS / Cloud Software - warunek konieczny. Znajomość i rozumienie specyfiki oraz wskaźników biznesu subskrypcyjnego (MRR/ARR, Churn, CAC, LTV, NRR).
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z agencjami i freelancerami: Praktyczna umiejętność precyzyjnego briefowania, egzekwowania jakości i terminów oraz rozliczania z wyników.
  • Wszechstronność (Full-Stack Marketer / SaaS Generalist): Holistyczna wiedza z zakresu SEO, Google/Meta Ads (nadzór nad agencją), e-mail marketingu B2B, content marketingu oraz podstaw UX/UI.
  • Biznesowe pióro i lekkość pisania: Umiejętność samodzielnego stworzenia angażującego mailingu, chwytliwego nagłówka sprzedażowego oraz merytorycznej korekty tekstu po zewnętrznym copywriterze.
  • Skrajna samodzielność i ownership: Umiejętność prowadzenia projektów od A do Z
  • Zaawansowany SaaS Tech Stack:

CRM & Marketing Automation (ActiveCampaign lub odpowiedniki)

Analityka webowa (GA4, Google Tag Manager)

Systemy CMS (Webflow / WordPress)

Narzędzia wspierające i AI (Figma/Canva, ChatGPT, Midjourney)
