eFitness to dynamicznie rozwijająca się firma technologiczna, która od 2009 roku tworzy i rozwija zaawansowane oprogramowanie do zarządzania klubami fitness, siłowniami, studiami treningu personalnego i yogi. Nasze rozwiązanie obsługuje obecnie ponad 1000 klubów w całej Polsce, pomagając im w codziennym zarządzaniu i rozwoju biznesu.

Poszukujemy doświadczonego Product Ownera, który dołączy do naszego zespołu produktowego i będzie odpowiedzialny za rozwój kluczowych funkcjonalności naszej platformy.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Zarządzanie rozwojem przydzielonego projektu/modułu w ramach platformy efitness;
  • Definiowanie i priorytetyzowanie wymagań produktowych w oparciu o potrzeby biznesowe i feedback klientów;
  • Tworzenie i utrzymywanie product backlogu oraz user stories;
  • Ścisła współpraca z zespołem deweloperskim (5 developerów + 2 testerów) w ramach metodyki Scrum;
  • Przeprowadzanie analiz rynku i konkurencji w branży fitness/wellness;
  • Komunikacja z interesariuszami biznesowymi i zbieranie wymagań od klientów;
  • Uczestnictwo w ceremoniach Scrum (planning, review, retrospektywy);
  • Monitorowanie wskaźników produktowych i analiza efektywności wprowadzanych rozwiązań;
  • Współpraca z działem sprzedaży i wsparcia klienta w zakresie wymagań produktowych;
  • Testowanie i odbiór realizowanych funkcjonalności.

Wymagania

Obowiązkowe:

  • Minimum 3-5 lat doświadczenia jako Product Owner lub w podobnej roli produktowej;
  • Udokumentowane doświadczenie w pracy z produktami SaaS/B2B;
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość metodyki Scrum i zasad pracy w zespołach Agile;
  • Doświadczenie w tworzeniu i zarządzaniu product backlogiem;
  • Umiejętność przeprowadzania analiz biznesowych i definiowania wymagań;
  • Znajomość narzędzi: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Azure DevOps;
  • Bardzo dobra komunikacja i umiejętności interpersonalne;
  • Język polski w mowie i piśmie na poziomie native;
  • Język angielski min. B2 (dokumentacja techniczna, komunikacja z zespołem).

Mile widziane:

  • Certyfikaty Scrum (PSM, PSPO) lub Project Management (PMP, Prince2);
  • Doświadczenie w branży fitness/wellness/healthtech;
  • Znajomość podstaw UX/UI i design thinking;
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z dużymi bazami klientów B2B;
  • Wykształcenie techniczne lub ekonomiczne.
