KATEGORIJU VADĪBAS DEPARTAMENTA VADĪTĀJU

Galvenie pienākumi:

  • Vadīt, motivēt un attīstīt kategoriju vadītāju komandu, noteikt KPI un sekot to izpildei.
  • Vadīt preču kategoriju attīstību atbilstoši uzņēmuma komerciālajai un sortimenta stratēģijai.
  • Nodrošināt komerciālo mērķu sasniegšanu (apgrozījums, marža, krājumu aprite, ROI).
  • Pārraudzīt sortimentu, SKU efektivitāti, cenu veidošanu un maržas vadību.
  • Sagatavot un pamatot priekšlikumus par produktu iekļaušanu/izņemšanu no sortimenta.
  • Nodrošināt sadarbību ar vietējiem un starptautiskajiem piegādātājiem, piedalīties stratēģiskajās pārrunās.
  • Sadarboties ar iepirkumu, pārdošanas un loģistikas komandām krājumu un risku optimizācijai.
  • Pārraudzīt promo/trade marketing aktivitātes un analizēt tirgu (HoReCa, Retail, B2B).
  • Sagatavot un aizstāvēt komerciālos budžetus, analizēt rezultātus un iniciēt uzlabojumus.
  • Piedalīties uzņēmuma komerciālās stratēģijas izstrādē.

Prasības kandidātiem:

  • Augstākā izglītība ekonomikā, uzņēmējdarbībā, komerczinībās vai citā līdzvērtīgā jomā.
  • Vairāku gadu pieredze kategoriju vadībā vai līdzīgā amatā (vēlama pieredze pārtikas ražošanā, distribūcijā, HoReCa vai mazumtirdzniecībā).
  • Pieredze komandas vadībā, spēcīgas līderības/mentoringa prasmes.
  • Izcila izpratne par komerciālajiem KPI (bruto peļņa, marža, ROI, krājumu aprite).
  • Praktiska pieredze sortimenta vadībā, cenu veidošanā un pārrunās ar starptautiskiem partneriem.
  • Spēcīgas analītiskās, komunikācijas un pārrunu prasmes.
  • Teicamas latviešu un angļu valodas zināšanas (spēja brīvi vadīt biznesa sarunas ar starptautiskiem partneriem).
  • Iespēja doties komandējumos un apmeklēt starptautiskas nozares izstādes (vairākas reizes gadā).
