Mūsu klients – starptautisks uzņēmums Culligan Latvia, kas specializējas ūdens un ūdens risinājumu piegādē, meklē pieredzējušu un rezultātu orientētu vadītāju amatam, kas apvieno operatīvās darbības, tehniskā servisa un klientu apkalpošanas vadību visā Baltijā.

Galvenie pienākumi:

Operatīvā vadība

  • Izstrādāt un īstenot Baltijas piegāžu operatīvās darbības stratēģiju;
  • Nodrošināt vienotus darbības standartus visās trīs valstīs, saglabājot nozīmīgas lokālās iestrādnes;
  • Pārraudzīt un attīstīt piegādes un servisa procesus;
  • Nodrošināt optimālu maršrutu, transporta un cilvēkresursu plānošanu.

Klientu pieredze

  • Veidot un ieviest vienotu Baltijas klientu pieredzes stratēģiju;
  • Pārraudzīt klientu apmierinātības rādītājus (NPS, CSAT, CES) un plānot to uzlabošanas iniciatīvas;
  • Nodrošināt efektīvu klientu sūdzību un eskalāciju pārvaldību;
  • Vadīt klientu lojalitātes paaugstināšanas iniciatīvas.

Servisa kvalitāte

  • Nodrošināt augstu iekārtu uzstādīšanas un apkopes kvalitātes līmeni visos tirgos;
  • Izstrādāt un uzraudzīt servisa kvalitātes KPI, samazināt tehnisko incidentu skaitu;
  • Veicināt pastāvīgu procesu uzlabošanu.

Cilvēku vadība, finanses un procesu attīstība

  • Vadīt un attīstīt piegādes un klientu apkalpošanas komandas;
  • Nodrošināt skaidru mērķu noteikšanu, kā arī veikt regulāru darba izpildes rezultātu pārskatīšanu un snieguma izvērtēšanu;
  • Attīstīt vadītāju kompetences un pēctecības plānus;
  • Atbildēt par operatīvās darbības budžeta sagatavošanu un izpildi, sasniegt noteiktos EBITDA un darbības efektivitātes mērķus;
  • Identificēt un realizēt izmaksu optimizācijas iespējas;
  • Vadīt procesu standartizāciju un automatizāciju Baltijas līmenī, ieviešot Lean, Kaizen un Operational Excellence principus;
  • Pilnveidot CRM, ERP un citu klientu apkalpošanas sistēmu izmantošanu;
  • Veicināt sadarbību starp komandām.

Kandidātiem nepieciešamā pieredze un zināšanas:

  • Augstākā izglītība biznesa vadībā, loģistikā, inženierzinātnēs, operāciju vadībā vai līdzvērtīgā jomā;
  • Plaša pieredze piegādes, klientu apkalpošanas vai līdzvērtīgā jomā;
  • Vismaz 5 gadu pieredze vadītāju un reģionālu vai starptautisku komandu vadībā, vēlams daudzlīmeņu organizācijās;
  • Pieredze klientu apkalpošanas vai klientu pieredzes vadīšanā, vēlama pieredze piegādes, servisa vai FMCG nozarē;
  • Pieredze transformācijas vai procesu uzlabošanas projektu vadībā;
  • Ļoti labas latviešu un angļu valodas zināšanas; krievu valoda – saziņai ar kolēģiem citās Baltijas valstīs.

  • Analītiska domāšana un rezultātu orientācija;
