PĀRDOŠANAS PROJEKTU DAĻAS VADĪTĀJU,

lai veicinātu uzņēmuma produkcijas pārdošanas izaugsmi Latvijā un ārvalstīs, kā arī efektīvi vadītu pārdošanas un projektu vadītāju komandu.

Galvenie pienākumi:

  • Stratēģiskā vadība: Izstrādāt un īstenot pārdošanas stratēģiju Latvijas un eksporta tirgos, nodrošinot biznesa mērķu un budžeta izpildi.
  • Komandas vadība: Motivēt un vadīt pārdošanas projektu vadītāju komandu, noteikt skaidrus KPI, organizēt ikdienas darbu un vērtēt sniegumu.
  • Lielo klientu un projektu vadība: Personīgi vadīt stratēģiski nozīmīgus projektus no idejas līdz realizācijai; veidot ilgtermiņa attiecības ar būvniecības jomas partneriem (arhitektiem, būvuzņēmējiem, attīstītājiem).
  • Tirgus paplašināšana: Identificēt jaunas biznesa iespējas, aktīvi piesaistīt klientus vietējā un eksporta tirgos, kā arī regulāri apmeklēt objektus un klientus klātienē.
  • Komercpolitika un analītika: Veidot rentablu cenu un atlaižu politiku; analizēt pārdošanas rezultātus, konkurentus un tirgus tendences efektivitātes celšanai.
  • Sadarbība un procesi: Vadīt līgumu pārrunas, kontrolēt to izpildi un nodrošināt precīzu dokumentu apriti. Sadarbībā ar mārketinga komandu plānot produktu virzīšanas aktivitātes.

Amata prasības:

  • Izglītība un pieredze: Augstākā izglītība komercdarbības, biznesa vadības vai līdzīgā jomā. Pieredze pārdošanā, projektu un komandas vadībā. Īpaši novērtēsim pieredzi eksporta tirgos.
  • Nozares izpratne: Pieredze būvniecības nozarē un darbā ar arhitektiem, dizaineriem vai būvniekiem tiks uzskatīta par būtisku priekšrocību.
  • Tehniskās prasmes: Spēja lasīt un interpretēt rasējumus, skices un izprast ražošanas tehnoloģiju pamatus. Izpratne par cenu veidošanu, tirgus analīzi, konkurences vidi.
  • Datorprasmes un valodas: Teicamas latviešu un ļoti labas angļu valodas zināšanas (komunikācijai ar ārvalstu klientiem, sadarbības partneriem). Labas datorprasmes (MS Office), vēlams pieredze ar 1C.
  • Spēja strādāt patstāvīgi un komandā, risināt nestandarta situācijas un pieņemt lēmumus, kā arī augsta atbildības sajūta.
