Lauksaimniecības tehnikas pārdevēju Kurzemes reģionā,

lai attīstītu pārdošanu un veidotu ilgtermiņa sadarbību ar klientiem.

Galvenie pienākumi:

  • Lauksaimniecības tehnikas, uzkarināmās tehnikas, piekabju un citu uzņēmuma produktu pārdošana, izzinot klientu vajadzības un piedāvājot atbilstošākos tehnikas risinājumus;
  • Esošo klientu attiecību uzturēšana un ilgtermiņa sadarbības veidošana;
  • Aktīva jaunu klientu piesaiste un pārdošanas iespēju attīstīšana Kurzemes reģionā;
  • Regulāras vizītes pie klientiem saimniecībās un uzņēmumos;
  • Komerciālo piedāvājumu sagatavošana, pārrunu vadīšana un dalība darījumu noslēgšanā;
  • Sava darba un klientu aktivitāšu plānošana un uzskaite CRM sistēmā;
  • Sadarbība ar produktu vadītājiem un citiem uzņēmuma speciālistiem;
  • Noteikto pārdošanas mērķu sasniegšana un uzņēmuma tirgus daļas attīstīšana.

Uzņēmums sagaida:

  • Iepriekšēju pieredzi pārdošanā – priekšrocība būs pieredze lauksaimniecības, mežizstrādes vai citas tehnikas un tehniski sarežģītu produktu pārdošanā;
  • Izpratni un interesi par lauksaimniecības un/vai citu tehniku, kā arī tehnisku domāšanu;
  • Spēju veidot ilgtermiņa attiecības ar klientiem un veiksmīgi vadīt pārrunas;
  • Augstu pašmotivāciju, iniciatīvu un orientāciju uz rezultātu;
  • Vēlama pieredze darbā ar CRM sistēmām;
  • Labas latviešu valodas zināšanas; angļu valodas zināšanas sarunvalodas līmenī būs priekšrocība;
  • B kategorijas autovadītāja apliecību un gatavību ikdienā doties pie klientiem;
  • Labas komunikācijas un prezentācijas prasmes.
