Estamos a recrutar Appian Developers para integrar um projeto tecnológico de elevada dimensão no setor bancário, com foco no desenvolvimento e evolução de aplicações críticas associadas a processos de crédito, operações e gestão de clientes.

A função destina-se a profissionais com experiência sólida em Appian, capazes de trabalhar em proximidade com equipas funcionais, QA e suporte à produção ao longo de todo o ciclo de vida aplicacional.

Enquadramento da Função

O(a) profissional irá participar na manutenção evolutiva e corretiva de diferentes aplicações, bem como no desenvolvimento de novas soluções de raiz, num contexto funcional complexo e de elevada criticidade para o negócio.

Responsabilidades

Analisar e corrigir bugs em aplicações desenvolvidas em Appian

Desenvolver novas funcionalidades e evoluções aplicacionais

Participar no desenvolvimento de aplicações de raiz, em estreita colaboração com analistas funcionais

Trabalhar em soluções associadas a processos de crédito à habitação, alterações contratuais, distrates, amortizações, liquidações, transferências de clientes e alterações de conta

Acompanhar testes funcionais realizados por equipas de QA e áreas de negócio

Colaborar com equipas de suporte à produção na análise e identificação da causa raiz de incidentes

Contribuir para a estabilidade, qualidade e evolução contínua das aplicações

Requisitos

Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência profissional com Appian

Experiência em desenvolvimento e manutenção de aplicações empresariais

Capacidade de análise e resolução de problemas em ambientes de produção

Experiência de colaboração com analistas funcionais, equipas de QA e áreas de negócio

Capacidade de trabalhar com processos funcionais complexos

Forte capacidade analítica e atenção ao detalhe

Valorizamos

Experiência no setor bancário ou financeiro

Conhecimentos de processos de crédito e operações bancárias

Experiência com Blue Prism e automação de processos

Conhecimentos de Celonis e Process Mining

Experiência em análise de dados, construção de modelos e desenvolvimento de dashboards
