The posting

Enquadramento da Função Procuramos um Application Service Manager sénior para gerir o serviço de disponibilização de aplicações e contribuir para a melhoria da experiência dos seus utilizadores. A função combina gestão operacional e orçamental, relacionamento com stakeholders, resolução de problemas e redesenho de jornadas e processos de serviço.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Assegurar a gestão do serviço aplicacional, acompanhando a sua disponibilização e os problemas que afetem a prestação do serviço;
  • Gerir o orçamento e a relação com os diferentes interlocutores envolvidos;
  • Mapear jornadas de produtos e serviços, incluindo a elaboração de service blueprints;
  • Preparar e conduzir pesquisas qualitativas para compreender necessidades, expectativas e dificuldades dos clientes;
  • Facilitar sessões de análise das jornadas atuais (as is) e de desenho das jornadas futuras (to be), bem como workshops de cocriação com stakeholders;
  • Preparar e conduzir testes de usabilidade com clientes finais;
  • Analisar indicadores de experiência, incluindo CSAT e outros KPIs definidos pela organização;
  • Definir e validar princípios de experiência de cliente;
  • Apoiar a equipa na definição de processos e políticas de experiência, promovendo consistência e escalabilidade;
  • Promover práticas de design centrado no cliente através de sessões de sensibilização e formação;
  • Trabalhar com equipas multidisciplinares para concretizar melhorias no serviço.

Requisitos

  • Experiência em gestão de serviços de disponibilização de aplicações, sendo indicado um perfil com até 10 anos de experiência;
  • Licenciatura, preferencialmente em Engenharia Informática, Engenharia de Software ou Engenharia Eletrotécnica e de Computadores;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação escrita e verbal;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa e produtiva;
  • Pensamento crítico e orientação para a resolução de problemas.

Valorizamos

  • Experiência em mapeamento de jornadas, service design, investigação qualitativa ou testes de usabilidade;
  • Capacidade de articular necessidades dos utilizadores com processos operacionais e melhorias do serviço;
  • Experiência de colaboração com stakeholders e equipas multidisciplinares.
