Estamos a recrutar um(a) Associate – Commercial Due Diligence para integrar um hub internacional especializado em Commercial Due Diligence e Transaction Strategy, apoiando projetos de Private Equity, Investment Banking e investidores estratégicos em operações internacionais de M&A.

A função destina-se a recém-graduados ou profissionais em início de carreira que pretendam desenvolver competências em análise estratégica, investigação de mercado e apoio a decisões de investimento em ambiente internacional.

Enquadramento da Função

O(a) profissional irá integrar equipas internacionais de Commercial Due Diligence, participando na análise de mercados, concorrência e clientes, contribuindo para a preparação de recomendações estratégicas e suportando projetos de elevada exposição junto de investidores.

Responsabilidades

Desenvolver research estruturado sobre mercados, setores e concorrência.

Apoiar análises de mercado, market sizing e posicionamento competitivo.

Recolher, estruturar e validar dados provenientes de diferentes fontes.

Preparar entrevistas com especialistas, clientes e stakeholders.

Produzir apresentações executivas e documentação de suporte aos projetos.

Colaborar na triangulação de evidências para suportar conclusões estratégicas.

Trabalhar em equipas multidisciplinares e internacionais.

Desenvolver progressivamente autonomia na gestão de workstreams.

Requisitos

Entre 0 e 2 anos de experiência profissional ou recém-licenciado com estágios relevantes.

Formação superior em Gestão, Economia, Engenharia, Data Science ou área similar.

Forte capacidade analítica, raciocínio quantitativo e atenção ao detalhe.

Bons conhecimentos de Excel e PowerPoint.

Capacidade de sintetizar informação e comunicar de forma clara e estruturada.

Inglês fluente (obrigatório).

Disponibilidade para viagens internacionais.

Valorizamos

Fluência em espanhol, francês, alemão ou neerlandês.

Experiência internacional através de Erasmus, intercâmbio, estágios ou projetos internacionais.

Contacto com Strategy Consulting, Private Equity, Investment Banking, M&A ou Market Intelligence.

Experiência em market sizing, competitor mapping, research ou data visualization.

Participação em case competitions, investment clubs ou projetos de consultoria.

Elevada curiosidade intelectual, capacidade de aprendizagem e espírito de iniciativa.
