A Elevus encontra-se a recrutar para uma posição de Cloud Infrastructure / Automation Engineer, para integração numa equipa de IT Infrastructure com forte componente de automação, cloud e melhoria contínua.

A função terá como principal objetivo apoiar a automatização da configuração, gestão e suporte da infraestrutura tecnológica, utilizando ferramentas standard de automação e contribuindo para a criação de processos mais eficientes, consistentes e escaláveis.

Função

Será responsável por desenvolver e manter soluções de automação aplicadas à infraestrutura, trabalhando com tecnologias Microsoft, Azure, Terraform, Ansible e PowerShell.

Terá também participação em projetos de infraestrutura, deployments, migrações, troubleshooting e melhoria de processos internos, em articulação com diferentes equipas de IT.

Responsabilidades

  • Apoiar a definição e implementação de processos e standards de automação de infraestrutura;
  • Desenvolver, manter e realizar troubleshooting de scripts e módulos em PowerShell;
  • Implementar infraestrutura através de Terraform, criando módulos e templates reutilizáveis e standardizados;
  • Utilizar Ansible para configuração e gestão de sistemas, incluindo desenvolvimento de playbooks;
  • Criar e gerir processos de application packaging através de ferramentas de automação;
  • Administrar e acompanhar a infraestrutura subjacente às plataformas tecnológicas;
  • Trabalhar com equipas de desenvolvimento e infraestrutura em alterações, upgrades e melhorias;
  • Identificar oportunidades de automação de processos internos;
  • Levantar requisitos, desenhar e documentar soluções de automação;
  • Apoiar outras equipas de IT na adoção e utilização das ferramentas de automação;
  • Criar e atualizar documentação técnica, artigos de Knowledge Base e materiais de formação;
  • Apoiar a resolução de riscos técnicos identificados;
  • Participar na gestão diária da infraestrutura, incluindo resolução de incidentes, deployments, migrações e projetos;
  • Manter e aprofundar conhecimento sobre as tecnologias de software e hardware utilizadas pela equipa.

Perfil

MUST HAVE

  • Experiência sólida em PowerShell scripting;
  • Experiência prática com tecnologias Microsoft, nomeadamente: Windows Server; Active Directory; Entra ID; Microsoft 365;
  • Experiência com Microsoft Azure, incluindo IaaS, PaaS e/ou Serverless;
  • Conhecimentos de networking;
  • Experiência com Terraform;
  • Experiência com Ansible ou outras ferramentas de configuration management;
  • Experiência em administração e suporte de infraestrutura;
  • Forte capacidade de troubleshooting e resolução de problemas;
  • Capacidade para trabalhar com diferentes equipas técnicas;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento com stakeholders.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experiência com Azure DevOps Pipelines;
  • Experiência com ServiceNow;
  • Conhecimentos de application packaging;
  • Experiência com Chocolatey ou ferramentas semelhantes;
  • Experiência anterior em ambientes de suporte de 3.º nível.
