Estamos à procura de um Collaboration Technical Consultant para integrar uma equipa especializada em soluções de comunicação empresarial, com foco em Cisco Collaboration e Microsoft Teams Calling.

Se tens experiência em Unified Communications, VoIP e troubleshooting em ambientes empresariais, esta oportunidade é para ti.

Sobre a Oportunidade

Irás participar na implementação, evolução e suporte de soluções de voz e colaboração, trabalhando com equipas técnicas, clientes e parceiros.

Terás um papel ativo na resolução de incidentes complexos, definição de soluções técnicas e melhoria contínua dos serviços.

Responsabilidades

  • Implementar e configurar soluções de Collaboration e voz;
  • Administrar e evoluir serviços de Microsoft Teams Calling;
  • Realizar troubleshooting avançado e análise de causa raiz;
  • Participar em projetos de implementação e migração;
  • Contribuir para arquiteturas, standards e boas práticas;
  • Produzir documentação técnica e procedimentos;
  • Identificar oportunidades de automação e otimização.

O que Procuramos

  • Experiência em Collaboration e Unified Communications;
  • Experiência com Microsoft Teams Calling;
  • Conhecimentos de Cisco Collaboration;
  • Experiência em VoIP, telefonia IP e integrações;
  • Conhecimentos de networking aplicado a voz;
  • Capacidade de troubleshooting em ambientes complexos;
  • Boa comunicação e capacidade de interação com stakeholders.

Será valorizado:

  • CUCM, Unity Connection, Webex e Expressway;
  • SBC, SIP, QoS e dial plans;
  • Direct Routing, Operator Connect ou Calling Plans;
  • Microsoft 365, Azure e PowerShell;
  • Experiência em migrações para Microsoft Teams;
  • Certificações Microsoft ou Cisco.
