Estamos à procura de um(a) Data Governance / Data Quality Analyst para integrar uma equipa tecnológica focada na transformação digital e na construção de uma plataforma moderna orientada a dados.

Esta função terá um papel central na implementação de práticas de governação, qualidade e compliance de dados, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento de um data hub inteligente baseado em Microsoft Fabric.

Sobre a Oportunidade

Como Data Governance / Data Quality Analyst, serás responsável por garantir a integridade, segurança e qualidade dos dados em toda a organização.

Irás colaborar com equipas de negócio, IT e data stewards para implementar frameworks de governação, assegurar conformidade regulatória e promover boas práticas de gestão de dados.

Terás também um papel ativo na utilização de ferramentas como Microsoft Purview para catalogação, classificação e monitorização de dados.

Responsabilidades

  • Definir e implementar frameworks de data governance com Microsoft Purview;
  • Estabelecer standards de qualidade de dados, políticas e procedimentos;
  • Monitorizar e melhorar a qualidade dos dados (consistência, completude, precisão);
  • Trabalhar com data stewards e equipas de negócio para garantir ownership e accountability;
  • Assegurar conformidade com regulamentos (ex.: GDPR) através de classificação e controlo de dados;
  • Utilizar Microsoft Purview para catalogação, metadata e data lineage;
  • Implementar controlos de acesso e medidas de privacidade em colaboração com equipas de IT e segurança;
  • Realizar análises de qualidade de dados e liderar iniciativas de melhoria;
  • Formar e apoiar stakeholders em boas práticas de governação de dados;
  • Acompanhar tendências e evolução em data governance e compliance.

O que Procuramos

  • Formação superior em Engenharia Informática, Matemática, Estatística ou área similar;
  • Experiência comprovada em data governance e data quality management;
  • Experiência prática com Microsoft Purview;
  • Conhecimento de frameworks de governação de dados (ex.: DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM);
  • Experiência com SQL, Power BI e serviços Azure Data;
  • Conhecimentos de privacidade e compliance (GDPR);
  • Forte capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas;
  • Excelente comunicação e capacidade de gestão de stakeholders.

Será valorizado:

  • Experiência na implementação de Microsoft Purview em ambientes Microsoft Fabric;
  • Experiência em projetos de transformação digital orientados a dados;
  • Conhecimento de ferramentas e métricas de data quality;
  • Experiência em ambientes regulados.
