A Elevus encontra-se a recrutar um(a) Data Analyst / BI Consultant para integrar projetos de análise de dados e Business Intelligence, contribuindo para a transformação de dados em informação estratégica para suporte à tomada de decisão.

Procuramos um perfil com forte capacidade analítica, experiência em reporting e modelação de dados, e facilidade na interação com stakeholders de negócio e equipas técnicas.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Levantar, analisar e documentar requisitos de negócio;
  • Traduzir necessidades funcionais em soluções de reporting e Business Intelligence;
  • Desenvolver, manter e otimizar dashboards, relatórios e indicadores de gestão;
  • Produzir análises e insights que suportem a tomada de decisão;
  • Promover boas práticas de visualização de dados e literacia de dados junto dos stakeholders;
  • Garantir a qualidade, consistência e fiabilidade da informação disponibilizada;
  • Participar na definição de arquiteturas de BI e modelos de dados corporativos;
  • Apoiar processos de governação e qualidade de dados;
  • Colaborar em projetos de melhoria contínua e evolução das plataformas analíticas.

Competências Técnicas

  • Power BI (modelação, DAX, dashboards, publicação e Row Level Security);
  • Microsoft SQL Server (2016–2022);
  • Desenvolvimento e otimização de queries T-SQL;
  • Modelação de dados relacional e dimensional (Star Schema e Snowflake);
  • SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS);
  • SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS Tabular e Multidimensional);
  • DAX e MDX;
  • SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS);
  • Data Governance e gestão de qualidade de dados;
  • Definição e acompanhamento de KPIs.

Perfil Pretendido

  • Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Engenharia, Ciência de Computadores, Matemática Aplicada, Data Science ou área similar;
  • Experiência mínima de 1 ano em Data Analysis, Business Intelligence ou Reporting;
  • Forte capacidade analítica e orientação para resolução de problemas;
  • Experiência na interação com áreas de negócio e stakeholders técnicos;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e apresentação de resultados;
  • Conhecimentos de modelação de dados e métricas de negócio.
