Estamos à procura de um Data Governance Tech Lead para integrar uma equipa focada na definição e evolução de práticas de governação de dados, compliance e gestão de informação em ambientes enterprise.

Esta função terá um papel central na implementação de frameworks de data governance, definição de standards e alinhamento entre equipas de negócio e tecnologia, garantindo qualidade, transparência e conformidade dos dados em toda a organização.

Sobre a Oportunidade

Como Data Governance Tech Lead, serás responsável por liderar iniciativas de governação de dados e promover boas práticas de gestão e compliance em toda a organização.

Irás colaborar com equipas técnicas e de negócio para definir políticas, standards e processos que garantam qualidade, segurança e utilização responsável dos dados.

Terás também um papel ativo na evolução de estratégias de governance relacionadas com plataformas modernas de dados e iniciativas de AI/ML.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar iniciativas de Data Governance em equipas de negócio e tecnologia;
  • Definir, documentar e manter políticas, standards e frameworks de governação de dados;
  • Colaborar com stakeholders para alinhar processos de governance com objetivos de negócio e requisitos regulatórios;
  • Gerir e otimizar workflows de governance utilizando plataformas ITSM e colaboração;
  • Apoiar implementação e manutenção de catálogos de dados, metadata e data registries;
  • Garantir conformidade com regulamentações e frameworks de governance;
  • Promover qualidade, consistência e accountability dos dados;
  • Contribuir para estratégias de governance aplicadas a soluções AI/ML e uso responsável de dados.

O que Procuramos

  • Mínimo de 4 anos de experiência em Data Governance, Data Management ou Compliance;
  • Experiência comprovada na colaboração com stakeholders técnicos e de negócio;
  • Experiência na documentação de políticas, schemas e processos utilizando ferramentas como Confluence, Notion ou Miro;
  • Conhecimentos de plataformas ITSM e workflow management (ServiceNow ou Jira);
  • Experiência com ferramentas de data registry e data management (Airtable ou similares);
  • Familiaridade com frameworks regulatórios e de governance (GDPR, NIST, ISO 42001);
  • Conhecimentos de plataformas de data catalog e metadata management;
  • Excelente capacidade de comunicação e inglês fluente (oral e escrito).

Será valorizado:

  • Experiência com frameworks de governance aplicados a AI/ML e Responsible AI;
  • Familiaridade com plataformas modernas de dados e ecossistemas cloud;
  • Experiência em iniciativas de transformação enterprise relacionadas com governance;
  • Forte capacidade analítica e orientação para melhoria contínua.
