Enquadramento da Função

Procuramos um Payroll Data, Reporting & Automation Analyst para integrar um Centro de Serviços Partilhados de Payroll em Portugal, apoiando as operações de processamento salarial em França.

A função combina análise de dados, reporting, controlos operacionais e automatização de processos. Em articulação com equipas de Payroll, Projeto e Gestão sediadas em França, contribuirá para a qualidade e consistência da informação, a eficiência operacional e a digitalização das atividades.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Apoiar as equipas de Payroll em França na extração, validação e análise de dados e na produção de reporting;
  • Preparar ficheiros de controlo, reconciliação e análise de suporte ao processamento salarial;
  • Verificar a qualidade e consistência dos dados, identificando anomalias e apoiando a sua investigação e resolução;
  • Produzir relatórios operacionais e dashboards para apoiar as equipas de Payroll e a gestão;
  • Analisar dados de processamento salarial, identificando tendências, inconsistências e potenciais riscos operacionais;
  • Desenvolver e manter ferramentas em Excel e soluções de automatização, incluindo macros VBA;
  • Identificar oportunidades para automatizar tarefas repetitivas e reduzir o trabalho manual;
  • Melhorar e otimizar ferramentas de reporting e análise existentes;
  • Apoiar iniciativas de melhoria contínua e transformação digital das operações de Payroll;
  • Contribuir para a normalização e documentação de processos e metodologias de trabalho;
  • Colaborar com equipas sediadas em França e participar em reuniões em francês e inglês;
  • Contribuir para o cumprimento dos objetivos de qualidade de serviço, rigor e prazos de entrega.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura em Sistemas de Informação, Análise de Dados, Gestão, Finanças, Economia, Engenharia ou área relevante;
  • Pelo menos 1 ano de experiência profissional em análise de dados, reporting, finanças, recursos humanos, payroll ou atividades operacionais relevantes;
  • Conhecimentos avançados de Microsoft Excel, incluindo tabelas dinâmicas, Power Query, fórmulas avançadas e funcionalidades de reporting e dashboards;
  • Conhecimentos de VBA e automatização em Excel;
  • Capacidade para trabalhar com grandes volumes de dados;
  • Francês de nível C1 ou superior, com capacidade de comunicação profissional escrita e oral;
  • Inglês de nível B2 ou superior;
  • Capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas, com atenção ao detalhe e à qualidade dos dados;
  • Capacidade de organização, definição de prioridades e gestão de diferentes atividades e prazos;
  • Facilidade de comunicação e colaboração com equipas internacionais e remotas;
  • Orientação para o serviço e para as necessidades dos diferentes interlocutores.

Valorizamos

  • Experiência prática no desenvolvimento de macros VBA ou outras soluções de automatização;
  • Experiência em transformação de dados com Power Query;
  • Experiência em Centros de Serviços Partilhados ou ambientes internacionais de prestação de serviços;
  • Experiência no apoio a operações offshore ou nearshore;
  • Conhecimento ou contacto prévio com processos de payroll;
  • Experiência com ferramentas de colaboração Microsoft 365;
  • Conhecimentos de português, sem caráter obrigatório.
