A Elevus encontra-se a recrutar um(a) Data Scientist para integrar projetos de Data Science, Machine Learning e Inteligência Artificial, participando no desenvolvimento de modelos avançados e soluções analíticas com impacto direto no negócio.

Procuramos um profissional com forte capacidade analítica, experiência em modelação preditiva e interesse por tecnologias emergentes como IA Generativa e Large Language Models (LLMs).

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver modelos preditivos, prescritivos e generativos para suporte à tomada de decisão;
  • Conduzir experiências e validações estatísticas para otimização de modelos;
  • Extrair insights acionáveis a partir de dados estruturados e não estruturados;
  • Desenvolver soluções de Machine Learning e Inteligência Artificial aplicadas a desafios de negócio;
  • Participar no desenho e implementação de soluções de IA Generativa baseadas em LLMs;
  • Realizar exploração, preparação e transformação de dados, incluindo feature engineering;
  • Implementar pipelines analíticos escaláveis em ambientes cloud;
  • Contribuir para processos de MLOps e operacionalização de modelos em produção;
  • Colaborar com equipas técnicas e stakeholders de negócio para garantir alinhamento entre soluções analíticas e objetivos estratégicos;
  • Acompanhar tendências e boas práticas na área de Data Science e Inteligência Artificial.

Perfil Pretendido

  • Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência de Computadores ou área similar;
  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos em Data Science, Machine Learning ou Analytics Avançado;
  • Forte capacidade analítica e pensamento crítico;
  • Experiência na comunicação de resultados e recomendações a diferentes tipos de stakeholders;
  • Capacidade de transformar desafios de negócio em soluções orientadas por dados;
  • Inglês fluente.

Valorizamos

  • Experiência com Databricks ou Snowflake;
  • Conhecimentos de LangChain, LangSmith e LlamaIndex;
  • Experiência com modelos open-source como LLaMA, Mistral ou Falcon;
  • Experiência em liderança ou mentoria técnica;
  • Certificações Cloud (AWS, Azure ou GCP);
  • Conhecimentos de modelação financeira e analytics preditivo;
  • Experiência na industrialização de modelos de Machine Learning.
