Estamos à procura de um(a) Facilities Manager para integrar a nossa equipa de Facilities. Este(a) profissional terá um papel estratégico na gestão e otimização do ambiente corporativo, assegurando as melhores práticas em matéria de segurança, sustentabilidade e qualidade.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Garantir a prestação de serviços e operações que assegurem o bom funcionamento do ambiente corporativo, segundo práticas de gestão de risco, ambiental e segurança no trabalho;
  • Supervisionar e coordenar o Sistema de Gestão Integrado (SGI), garantindo eficácia nos domínios da qualidade, ambiente e saúde e segurança no trabalho;
  • Assegurar o cumprimento das normas ISO 9001 e 45001, promovendo um ambiente de trabalho seguro através de planos e protocolos definidos, assumindo funções de Representante do Empregador;
  • Propor e implementar medidas de política ambiental, assegurando o cumprimento dos requisitos da certificação ISO 14001;
  • Definir, controlar e reportar indicadores-chave para a área e resposta a pedidos internos/externos;
  • Gerir de forma eficaz os contratos de prestação de serviços, incluindo a estratégia de seguros, propondo soluções de melhoria contínua;
  • Garantir a manutenção eficiente e segura das infraestruturas da organização (edifícios, sistemas mecânicos/elétricos e frota).

Perfil que procuramos:

  • Licenciatura em área relevante;
  • Conhecimentos sólidos de MS Office (Excel e PowerPoint);
  • Bons conhecimentos de inglês;
  • Domínio das normas ISO 9001, 14001 e 45001;
  • Experiência em Gestão de Projetos, SST e Sistemas de Gestão Integrados;
  • Excelente capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Perfil proativo, dinâmico e com forte orientação para resultados;
  • Capacidade de organização, planeamento e resiliência;
  • Foco na melhoria contínua e qualidade.
