Estamos a reforçar a nossa equipa com um(a) Implementation Associate, responsável por desenhar e configurar plataformas SaaS de acordo com os requisitos dos clientes. Esta função combina trabalho consultivo com o cliente e tarefas técnicas de análise e configuração, sendo ideal para quem gosta de tecnologia, dados e contacto direto com o cliente.

O que irás fazer

  • Conduzir implementações de clientes, desde a recolha de requisitos até à configuração da plataforma;
  • Gerir comunicação com clientes, preparar relatórios de progresso e mitigar riscos;
  • Configurar e adaptar soluções com base em melhores práticas de mercado;
  • Analisar dados de clientes e apoiar processos de migração e integração;
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua da equipa e apoiar colegas mais juniores.

Perfil que procuramos

  • 3 a 6 anos de experiência em projetos de implementação de software ou em áreas de Private Equity / Investment Banking;
  • Formação superior em Informática de Gestão, Gestão ou similar;
  • Bons conhecimentos de processos de negócio e análise de dados (Excel avançado);
  • Experiência em interação com clientes e capacidade de gestão de múltiplos projetos;
  • Forte sentido de responsabilidade, autonomia e capacidade de resolução de problemas;
  • Valorizado: conhecimentos de SQL ou experiência prévia com DealCloud.
