Estamos à procura de um(a) Infrastructure Architect para integrar uma equipa tecnológica responsável pela gestão e otimização de infraestruturas críticas que suportam plataformas globais de trading em funcionamento 24/7.

Esta função terá um papel central na administração, automação e evolução de ambientes Linux enterprise, garantindo elevada disponibilidade, performance e resiliência operacional.

Sobre a Oportunidade

Como Infrastructure Architect, serás responsável pela gestão e suporte de infraestruturas baseadas em Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), assegurando estabilidade, performance e continuidade operacional em ambientes de missão crítica.

Irás colaborar de forma próxima com equipas de desenvolvimento, redes e operações para otimizar processos, automatizar tarefas e fortalecer continuamente a infraestrutura tecnológica da plataforma.

Terás também um papel ativo na evolução de frameworks de automação e estratégias de disaster recovery.

Responsabilidades

  • Gerir e suportar infraestruturas baseadas em Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL);
  • Atuar na resolução de incidentes e troubleshooting em ambientes de trading 24/7;
  • Executar tarefas de administração de sistemas ao nível do sistema operativo;
  • Realizar updates, patching e upgrades em coordenação com equipas de infraestrutura;
  • Automatizar processos operacionais para aumentar eficiência e reduzir intervenção manual;
  • Monitorizar proativamente a saúde dos sistemas e prevenir incidentes críticos;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com equipas de desenvolvimento, networking e operações;
  • Contribuir para frameworks de automação baseados em Ansible;
  • Apoiar estratégias de disaster recovery, backups e continuidade de negócio.

O que Procuramos

  • Experiência sólida como Linux Systems Administrator em ambientes críticos de produção;
  • Forte conhecimento de Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 7/8) ou distribuições similares;
  • Excelente capacidade de troubleshooting ao nível do sistema operativo;
  • Experiência com scripting em Bash;
  • Experiência prática com Ansible para automação e configuração de infraestrutura;
  • Conhecimentos sólidos de performance tuning em ambientes de baixa latência;
  • Experiência em infraestruturas de elevada disponibilidade;
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de monitorização (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana);
  • Experiência com virtualização (VMware);
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autónoma em equipas reduzidas e altamente responsáveis.

Será valorizado:

  • Experiência no setor financeiro ou plataformas de trading;
  • Conhecimentos avançados de automação de infraestrutura;
  • Experiência em ambientes Linux enterprise de grande escala;
  • Conhecimentos de disaster recovery e business continuity.
