A Elevus encontra-se a recrutar um(a) IoT Solutions Manager para integrar uma empresa tecnológica especializada em engenharia de telecomunicações, integração de sistemas e desenvolvimento de soluções nas áreas de IoT, redes wireless, conectividade e comunicações.

Procuramos um profissional com sólida experiência técnica e forte orientação para o cliente, capaz de compreender necessidades de negócio complexas e traduzi-las em arquiteturas IoT viáveis, escaláveis e ajustadas aos objetivos de cada projeto.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Atuar como principal referência técnica durante a fase de desenho e definição das soluções;
  • Analisar as necessidades de negócio e os desafios dos clientes, traduzindo-os em arquiteturas e propostas técnicas;
  • Liderar o levantamento, dimensionamento e definição técnica de projetos IoT nas áreas de Smart Cities, Indústria 4.0 e Healthcare;
  • Assegurar a articulação entre clientes, equipas comerciais e áreas de engenharia, incluindo hardware, sistemas embebidos e backend;
  • Garantir que as soluções propostas são tecnicamente viáveis, escaláveis e alinhadas com o roadmap de produto;
  • Avaliar soluções de hardware e software de terceiros para eventual integração no portefólio da empresa;
  • Coordenar a componente técnica de provas de conceito, assegurando a validação da solução e a realização de demonstrações ao cliente;
  • Apoiar a gestão de expectativas dos clientes durante as fases de levantamento e definição da solução;
  • Acompanhar tendências de mercado, tecnologias emergentes, standards de conectividade e ofertas da concorrência;
  • Contribuir para o desenvolvimento e evolução do portefólio de soluções IoT e conectividade.

Perfil Pretendido

  • Formação superior em Engenharia de Telecomunicações, Engenharia Eletrónica, Engenharia Informática ou área similar;
  • Experiência comprovada em funções de Solutions Manager, Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect ou Technical Product Manager;
  • Experiência profissional nos setores de IoT, Telecomunicações ou Tecnologias de Informação;
  • Conhecimentos sólidos de ecossistemas IoT, incluindo dispositivos edge, gateways, plataformas e soluções cloud;
  • Experiência com protocolos e tecnologias de conectividade, nomeadamente Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LoRaWAN, NB-IoT e redes móveis 4G/5G;
  • Capacidade para desenhar arquiteturas técnicas escaláveis, seguras e economicamente viáveis;
  • Experiência no contacto direto com clientes B2B e na gestão de expectativas durante a definição das soluções;
  • Capacidade para comunicar conceitos técnicos complexos a interlocutores não técnicos e decisores de gestão;
  • Forte capacidade de análise, resolução de problemas e pensamento estratégico;
  • Autonomia, proatividade e elevada capacidade de apresentação;
  • Bons conhecimentos de Inglês, falado e escrito.

Valorizamos

  • Experiência prática na configuração de gateways IoT;
  • Conhecimentos de infraestruturas cloud, nomeadamente AWS, Microsoft Azure ou private cloud;
  • Experiência na elaboração de propostas técnicas e respostas a concursos públicos ou RFP de grandes organizações;
  • Conhecimentos de boas práticas de cibersegurança aplicadas a dispositivos e soluções IoT;
  • Experiência em ambientes multidisciplinares e metodologias Agile.
