Enquadramento da Função

Procuramos um IT Project Manager para integrar uma equipa de Managed Services, assumindo a gestão e coordenação end-to-end de projetos de prestação de serviços IT e de engagements de Managed Services em continuidade.

A função terá uma forte componente de gestão de cliente, delivery e governance, garantindo a qualidade do serviço, cumprimento de SLAs e KPIs, controlo de riscos e melhoria contínua da operação.

Principais Responsabilidades

Liderar projetos e serviços de IT Managed Services desde a fase de iniciação até à entrega e transição para operação;

Atuar como principal ponto de contacto com o cliente, assegurando uma comunicação eficaz, gestão de expectativas e elevados níveis de satisfação;

Planear e controlar scope, timelines, budget, qualidade e recursos;

Garantir o cumprimento dos SLAs, KPIs e restantes compromissos associados à prestação do serviço;

Coordenar equipas multidisciplinares, incluindo equipas técnicas, operações, fornecedores e stakeholders internos;

Identificar, avaliar e mitigar riscos de projeto e operacionais, garantindo a adequada gestão e escalamento de temas críticos;

Promover iniciativas de melhoria contínua orientadas para eficiência, performance e criação de valor para o cliente;

Assegurar governance, documentação, reporting e cumprimento das metodologias e requisitos definidos;

Apoiar processos de service transition, onboarding de novos clientes ou serviços e iniciativas de change management;

Preparar e apresentar project status reports, service reviews e métricas de performance aos diferentes stakeholders.

Requisitos

Formação superior em Gestão, Gestão de Projetos, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia ou área equivalente;

Entre 5 e 7 anos de experiência, preferencialmente como Project Manager em IT Services, Managed Services ou Service Delivery;

Conhecimentos sólidos de metodologias de gestão de projetos;

Experiência na gestão simultânea de múltiplos stakeholders e equipas cross-functional;

Experiência em ambientes internacionais ou estruturas matriciais;

Conhecimento de modelos de Service Delivery, SLAs, KPIs e governance operacional;

Forte capacidade de comunicação, stakeholder management e resolução de problemas;

Elevada capacidade de organização e gestão simultânea de diferentes prioridades;

Inglês fluente, escrito e falado.

Valorizamos

Certificação em Project Management;

Experiência com clientes internacionais e equipas distribuídas;

Background em IT Operations, Application Support, Infrastructure ou Cloud Services;

Conhecimentos de ITIL ou outros frameworks de IT Service Management.

Procuramos um profissional com capacidade para combinar Project Management e Service Delivery, confortável tanto na gestão da operação como na relação direta com o cliente.
