A Elevus encontra-se a recrutar para uma posição de Key Account Manager, para integração numa empresa com atividade na distribuição alimentar e forte presença no canal profissional.

A função terá como principal objetivo gerir e desenvolver uma carteira de clientes estratégicos no canal HORECA, garantindo o crescimento sustentável das contas, a identificação de novas oportunidades de negócio e o reforço das relações comerciais a longo prazo.

Função

Será responsável pela gestão de grandes contas, acompanhamento dos principais clientes e desenvolvimento de oportunidades comerciais, combinando uma abordagem relacional com uma forte orientação para resultados, rentabilidade e crescimento das contas.

Responsabilidades

  • Gerir e desenvolver uma carteira de clientes estratégicos;
  • Construir relações comerciais sólidas e duradouras com os principais interlocutores;
  • Compreender as necessidades, desafios e objetivos de cada cliente;
  • Desenvolver e implementar planos estratégicos por conta;
  • Identificar oportunidades de crescimento, upselling e cross-selling;
  • Captar novas contas e desenvolver novas oportunidades de negócio;
  • Acompanhar tendências de mercado, concorrência, produtos e evolução do setor;
  • Preparar previsões de vendas e acompanhar a performance das contas;
  • Analisar indicadores comerciais e identificar oportunidades de melhoria;
  • Preparar e apresentar reporting relativo às principais contas;
  • Trabalhar em articulação com equipas comerciais, marketing, operações e suporte ao cliente;
  • Partilhar feedback do mercado e dos clientes com as equipas internas;
  • Contribuir para o desenvolvimento e melhoria da oferta com base nas necessidades identificadas junto dos clientes.

Perfil

MUST HAVE

  • Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência comercial no canal HORECA;
  • Experiência na gestão de grandes contas / Key Accounts;
  • Experiência no desenvolvimento e acompanhamento de relações comerciais B2B;
  • Capacidade para desenvolver planos de crescimento por cliente;
  • Experiência na identificação e desenvolvimento de novas oportunidades de negócio;
  • Forte capacidade de negociação e gestão de relacionamento;
  • Boa capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas;
  • Orientação para objetivos e resultados;
  • Autonomia na gestão da carteira e organização da atividade comercial.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Formação superior;
  • Experiência no setor da distribuição alimentar;
  • Experiência na comercialização de produtos alimentares para clientes profissionais;
  • Conhecimento do mercado de restauração, hotelaria e grupos organizados;
  • Bons conhecimentos de inglês;
  • Experiência na utilização de CRM e ferramentas de reporting comercial.

Perfil procurado

Procuramos experiência comercial suficiente para gerir contas relevantes com autonomia, mantendo uma relação próxima com os clientes e identificando continuamente oportunidades de crescimento.

Serão particularmente valorizados conhecimento efetivo do canal HORECA, capacidade de negociação com clientes de dimensão relevante e uma abordagem comercial orientada para relações de longo prazo.
