Estamos a contratar: Machine Learning Engineer

Localização: Lisboa

Estás pronto para fazer crescer a tua carreira num ambiente dinâmico e colaborativo? Estamos à procura de um Machine Learning Engineer para se juntar à nossa equipa.

Responsabilidades:

  • Colaborar de perto com Data Scientists para operacionalizar serviços baseados em Machine Learning.
  • Construir APIs web robustas e escaláveis para a implementação dos nossos modelos de ML.
  • Ajudar a desenvolver frameworks que reutilizem soluções técnicas para problemas comuns, promovendo também a colaboração entre projetos e departamentos.
  • Promover a adoção de frameworks que acelerem a resolução de desafios de Machine Learning em larga escala.
  • Contribuir para o desenvolvimento de pipelines de Machine Learning, abrangendo desde a recolha de dados até à criação e implementação de serviços de inferência.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com equipas de DevOps, arquitetura de software e plataformas.
  • Contribuir regularmente para a documentação dos nossos sistemas e ferramentas.

Competências e Qualificações:

  • Proficiência em pelo menos uma linguagem de programação orientada a objetos, como C# ou Java.
  • Experiência com linguagens utilizadas em Data Science, como Python ou R (domínio de pelo menos uma é altamente valorizado).
  • Familiaridade com bibliotecas de Machine Learning, como TensorFlow ou Scikit-Learn.
  • Compreensão abrangente do ciclo de vida de projetos de Machine Learning.
  • Conhecimento de plataformas de streaming/messaging, como Kafka ou RabbitMQ.
  • Experiência com pelo menos uma ferramenta de processamento de dados, como Spark, Beam, Flink, etc.
  • Familiaridade com pelo menos uma plataforma cloud, como Azure, AWS ou GCP.
  • Proficiência em linguagens de consulta como SQL, Spark SQL, etc.
  • Experiência com bases de dados NoSQL, como MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, etc.
  • Conhecimento de tecnologias de containers, como Docker e Kubernetes.
  • Experiência em processos de construção e lançamento de software, testes unitários, controlo de versões, etc.
  • Experiência na utilização de Git.
  • Fortes competências em scripting e familiaridade com a linha de comandos Linux/Unix.
  • Paixão por Machine Learning e Inteligência Artificial.
  • Atitude colaborativa e proativa.
  • Excelentes competências de comunicação verbal e escrita, com capacidade para interagir com equipas de produto e engenharia.

Preferencial:

  • Fluência tanto em C# como em Python.
  • Experiência na automação de infraestrutura para treino, avaliação e implementação de algoritmos de ML.
  • Familiaridade com Azure e os seus produtos (Databricks, CosmosDB, AKS, Azure DevOps).
  • Experiência com plataformas de streaming (conhecimento de Kafka é uma mais-valia).
  • Experiência com arquiteturas baseadas em microserviços.
  • Proficiência no desenvolvimento de diferentes tipos de APIs web (REST, RPC, gRPC).
  • Perfil no GitHub/GitLab com projetos que demonstrem as suas competências.
