Sobre a Função

Como MongoDB Developer, vais atuar na interseção entre data engineering e desenvolvimento aplicacional, sendo responsável por desenhar, implementar e otimizar soluções de dados críticas para a plataforma.

Irás colaborar com arquitetos de solução, engenheiros backend (.NET) e equipas multidisciplinares para garantir que a camada de dados é eficiente, escalável e alinhada com os princípios de arquitetura definidos.

Responsabilidades

Data Design & Development

  • Conceber e implementar schemas MongoDB para suportar workflows complexos;
  • Desenvolver e otimizar aggregation pipelines para reporting e analytics;
  • Definir padrões de acesso a dados em colaboração com equipas backend;
  • Implementar estratégias de indexação para garantir performance e escalabilidade.

Platform Integration

  • Integrar MongoDB numa arquitetura moderna baseada em Azure e .NET;
  • Trabalhar com arquitetos para alinhar modelos de dados com princípios de domain-driven design;
  • Contribuir para definições de infraestrutura como código (IaC) com ferramentas como Bicep ou Terraform.

Governance & Quality

  • Garantir boas práticas de engenharia (code review, standards, qualidade de código);
  • Produzir documentação técnica clara e estruturada;
  • Participar em decisões arquiteturais e processos de governance técnica.

Collaboration & Mentoring

  • Colaborar com equipas internas e parceiros externos;
  • Apoiar developers mais juniores através de code reviews e partilha de conhecimento;
  • Contribuir para uma cultura de melhoria contínua.

O que Procuramos

Experiência & Competências Técnicas:

  • +4 anos de experiência prática com MongoDB em produção;
  • Forte domínio de modelação de dados orientada a documentos;
  • Experiência na criação e otimização de aggregation pipelines complexos;
  • Conhecimentos sólidos de MongoDB Atlas (configuração, monitorização, performance);
  • Experiência de integração com aplicações .NET;
  • Familiaridade com ambientes cloud (Azure);
  • Experiência com Git e pipelines CI/CD;
  • Excelentes competências de comunicação técnica.

Valorizamos (Nice to Have)

  • Experiência em setores regulados (ex.: financeiro ou seguros);
  • Conhecimentos de Azure SQL e padrões híbridos (NoSQL + relacional);
  • Experiência com Terraform ou Bicep;
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de BI (ex.: Power BI);
  • Conhecimentos de Domain-Driven Design (DDD);
  • Experiência com ferramentas de desenvolvimento assistidas por IA (ex.: GitHub Copilot).
