Procuramos profissionais experientes que queiram integrar uma equipa global de engenharia, focada na estabilidade, performance e segurança das infraestruturas de rede.

Responsabilidades

  • Resolução de Incidentes: Identificar, analisar e resolver problemas complexos em infraestruturas de rede, aplicando conhecimentos avançados de protocolos, hardware e software.
  • Resposta a Incidentes: Detetar e responder prontamente a falhas de rede, degradações de desempenho e incidentes de segurança.
  • Segurança de Rede: Implementar e manter medidas robustas de segurança (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, EDR) para proteger contra acessos não autorizados e ameaças externas.
  • Gestão de Configurações: Gerir endereços IP, sub-redes, tabelas de routing e regras de firewall, garantindo eficiência e segurança.
  • Otimização de Desempenho: Monitorizar métricas de tráfego e desempenho para identificar oportunidades de melhoria e aumentar a eficiência global da rede.
  • Gestão de Atualizações: Aplicar atualizações de firmware e software para garantir estabilidade e conformidade de segurança.
  • Automação e DevOps: Utilizar scripts e ferramentas (ex.: Python) para automatizar processos e aumentar a eficiência operacional.
  • Documentação: Criar e manter documentação técnica detalhada incluindo diagramas, configurações e procedimentos.
  • Colaboração: Trabalhar em conjunto com administradores de sistemas, especialistas em cibersegurança e equipas de desenvolvimento.
  • Resposta a Emergências: Disponibilidade para suporte fora do horário normal em situações críticas.
  • Interação com Clientes: Compreender as necessidades dos clientes, propor soluções e apresentar recomendações técnicas adequadas.

O que Procuramos

  • Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática, Redes, Tecnologias de Informação ou áreas semelhantes;
  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos em administração ou consultoria de redes;
  • Conhecimentos sólidos de protocolos de rede (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF);
  • Experiência com routers, switches e firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, Check Point, Fortinet, entre outros);
  • Domínio de práticas de segurança de rede e ferramentas de monitorização;
  • Experiência em automação com Python (valorizado);
  • Excelente capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas;
  • Boa comunicação e capacidade de explicar conceitos técnicos a públicos não técnicos;
  • Fluência em inglês (nível C1 ou superior).

  • Certificações profissionais: Cisco CCNA / CCNP Juniper JNCIA Check Point CCSA Fortinet FCP CompTIA Network+
  • Experiência em ambientes multicloud ou DevOps;
  • Experiência em auditorias de segurança e avaliações de vulnerabilidades;
  • Espírito de equipa, proatividade e capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão.
