Estamos à procura de um Okta Consultant para integrar projetos de Identity & Access Management (IAM), com forte componente técnica, consultoria e contacto direto com cliente.

Esta função terá um papel central na implementação, configuração e suporte de soluções IAM baseadas em Okta, garantindo segurança, eficiência e alinhamento com as necessidades dos clientes em ambientes cloud e híbridos.

Sobre a Oportunidade

Como Okta Consultant, serás responsável por apoiar clientes na definição, implementação e evolução de soluções de Identity & Access Management, combinando visão consultiva com forte capacidade técnica.

Irás trabalhar em ambientes cloud e híbridos, assegurando integrações com aplicações SaaS, APIs e sistemas enterprise, bem como a definição de políticas de acesso, workflows e regras de segurança.

Terás também um papel ativo no suporte pós-implementação, troubleshooting e aconselhamento contínuo aos clientes.

Responsabilidades

  • Interagir diretamente com clientes para levantamento de necessidades e definição de soluções IAM;
  • Implementar e configurar soluções Okta, incluindo SSO, MFA, LCM e API Access Management;
  • Integrar Okta com aplicações externas, incluindo SaaS, APIs e sistemas enterprise;
  • Diagnosticar e resolver incidentes relacionados com autenticação, federação e APIs;
  • Definir políticas de acesso, workflows e regras de segurança;
  • Automatizar processos IAM com PowerShell, Python ou APIs;
  • Criar documentação técnica clara e estruturada;
  • Prestar suporte pós-implementação;
  • Acompanhar clientes de forma contínua e prestar aconselhamento estratégico;
  • Garantir alinhamento com boas práticas de segurança, IAM e governance.

O que Procuramos

  • Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em IAM, incluindo pelo menos 3 anos com Okta;
  • Conhecimento sólido de princípios IAM, incluindo autenticação, autorização e lifecycle management;
  • Experiência com protocolos de identidade como SAML, OAuth, OIDC e SCIM;
  • Conhecimento de modelos de acesso como RBAC, ABAC e PBAC;
  • Experiência em ambientes cloud e híbridos, incluindo soluções IDaaS;
  • Forte capacidade de troubleshooting e resolução de problemas;
  • Experiência em automação e integração via APIs;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e interação com cliente;
  • Autonomia, rigor técnico e orientação para qualidade.

Será valorizado:

  • Certificações Okta ou IAM;
  • Experiência em ambientes enterprise complexos;
  • Conhecimento de frameworks de segurança e compliance;
  • Experiência com integrações avançadas em ecossistemas SaaS;
  • Conhecimentos de scripting com PowerShell ou Python;
  • Experiência em desenho de arquiteturas IAM em ambientes híbridos.
