A Elevus encontra-se a recrutar um Operations Controller para integrar uma empresa de referência, assumindo uma função transversal entre as áreas de operações, crédito e análise financeira.

Procuramos um profissional analítico, rigoroso e orientado para a melhoria contínua, capaz de acompanhar riscos de crédito, fluxos financeiros, fornecedores e processos operacionais, contribuindo para uma gestão eficiente e suportada por dados.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Monitorizar os recebimentos de clientes e desenvolver previsões de cash collection;
  • Acompanhar desvios face às previsões, identificando antecipadamente potenciais constrangimentos de tesouraria;
  • Avaliar limites de crédito, apólices de seguro de crédito e exposição financeira dos clientes;
  • Assegurar a libertação de encomendas de acordo com as políticas internas de crédito e risco;
  • Implementar medidas de mitigação de risco e acompanhar a evolução da carteira de crédito;
  • Apoiar processos de auditoria, disponibilizando informação, documentação e análises necessárias;
  • Investigar notas de débito e deduções de clientes, assegurando o correto tratamento e reconciliação dos processos;
  • Garantir o reconhecimento adequado de accruals e a fiabilidade da informação financeira;
  • Apoiar os processos de identificação, registo e avaliação de fornecedores;
  • Acompanhar periodicamente o desempenho dos fornecedores e assegurar a atualização da respetiva informação;
  • Colaborar com o Operations Manager na elaboração e acompanhamento de budgets, forecasts e reporting financeiro;
  • Analisar custos e identificar oportunidades de eficiência nas diferentes áreas operacionais;
  • Gestão de frota;
  • Contribuir para a otimização contínua dos processos financeiros e operacionais.

Perfil Pretendido

  • Formação superior em Finanças, Gestão, Engenharia, Economia ou área semelhante;
  • Experiência profissional mínima de 2 anos em análise financeira, gestão de crédito, operações ou funções relacionadas;
  • Experiência na análise e acompanhamento de risco de crédito de clientes;
  • Conhecimentos de budgeting, forecasting e reporting financeiro;
  • Forte capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas;
  • Elevado rigor e atenção ao detalhe;
  • Capacidade para trabalhar com diferentes áreas e stakeholders;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Perfil proativo, autónomo e adaptável;
  • Forte orientação para melhoria contínua, eficiência e qualidade dos processos.
