A Elevus está a recrutar um(a) Performance & Operational Coordinator para atuar como elo crítico entre operações e gestão, assegurando melhoria contínua da performance de transporte, controlo de custos e excelência operacional, num contexto internacional e altamente exigente.

Esta função exige forte conhecimento técnico em freight forwarding, capacidade analítica, autonomia e comunicação eficaz com clientes, transportadores e equipas internas.

Principais Responsabilidades

Gestão da Performance Operacional

– Monitorização diária da performance dos transportadores;

– Desafio contínuo aos carriers com soluções alternativas;

– Análise e tracking de desvios recorrentes;

– Reporting de performance global a carriers e equipas de procurement;

– Comunicação proativa com clientes;

– Suporte às operações como primeiro nível de escalada.

Gestão de Cotações Técnicas

– Validação da disponibilidade de especificações técnicas;

– Esclarecimento de requisitos técnicos junto do cliente;

– Solicitação de cotações a transportadores;

– Análise técnica e de custos das propostas recebidas;

– Elaboração e envio de cotações detalhadas ao cliente;

– Definição de instruções claras para as equipas operacionais;

– Reporting global de soluções e custos à equipa de procurement.

Gestão de Custos

– Apoio à equipa de freight audit na análise de gaps de custos;

– Análise técnica de desvios de faturação;

– Proposição e challenge de soluções alternativas com carriers;

– Suporte à atualização de rate cards quando necessário.

Melhoria Contínua & Coordenação

– Resolução de issues operacionais críticos que exijam know-how técnico;

– Comunicação contínua com clientes e equipas operacionais sobre follow-ups;

– Identificação e reporte de gaps operacionais para ajuste de SOPs;

– Gestão de bloqueios em claims e reclamações;

– Contributo para regulatory watch;

– Coordenação entre operações, clientes e funções de suporte;

– Participação em reuniões semanais/mensais de performance com carriers;

– Participação em reuniões operacionais regulares com clientes.

Perfil Pretendido

– Experiência mínima de 5 anos em freight forwarding, com forte exposição a Airfreight e Customs;

– Conhecimento sólido de transporte aéreo, marítimo e terrestre, bem como de regulamentação e processos;

– Conhecimentos de gestão aduaneira;

– Forte orientação ao cliente e capacidade de gestão de stress;

– Capacidade de trabalho autónomo em ambientes com equipas remotas;

– Bons conhecimentos de MS Office, com destaque para Excel;

– Forte capacidade de comunicação, organização e gestão de prioridades;

– Experiência em Continuous Improvement / Lean (valorizada);

– Formação superior em Transportes e Logística (valorizada);

– Disponibilidade para deslocações (25%);

– Inglês fluente; Francês (valorizado).
