Deveres e Responsabilidades:

- Desenvolver e executar estratégias de Procurement alinhadas com os propósitos de crescimento da empresa, garantindo a melhoria contínua dos resultados;

- Trabalhar em equipa na obtenção de resultados, cumprindo objetivos e deadlines acordados;

- Pesquisa ativa de fornecedores e empreiteiros, promovendo a melhoria contínua e análise detalhada desde o processo de consulta até ao pós-venda;

- Avaliar propostas e realizar análise crítica, criando mapas comparativos de fácil leitura e direcionados para o preço justo de aquisição;

- Executar análises de custo ao orçamento previsto e implementar estratégias de redução de custos através de alternativas tecnicamente viáveis;

- Trabalhar de forma multidisciplinar com as diversas equipas intervenientes, desde a conceção à execução dos projetos;

- Realizar pesquisas, análises e estudos de viabilidade para auxiliar nos processos de tomada de decisão;

- Apoiar a equipa de produção durante todo o processo de compra;

- Gerir processos logísticos em conjunto com os fornecedores e a equipa de produção, assegurando os prazos de entrega conforme as necessidades;

- Gerir o processo de avaliação de fornecedores e empreiteiros, utilizando indicadores de desempenho baseados no feedback dos serviços prestados;

- Valorizado conhecimento sobre execução de obra, incluindo métodos construtivos ao longo do processo;

- Valorizada a capacidade de análise técnica de projetos, cadernos de encargos e mapas de quantidades.

Qualificações e Habilidades:

- Formação superior em Engenharia Civil, com um mínimo de 2 anos de experiência;

- Experiência em execução de obra (valorizada);

- Experiência na área de Compras/Procurement (valorizada);

- Proatividade e capacidade de resolução de problemas;

- Gosto pela interação diária com fornecedores;

- Responsabilidade, foco e dedicação na gestão de tarefas diárias;

- Capacidade de multitasking, priorizando tarefas de acordo com prazos definidos;

- Forte capacidade analítica e de tratamento de dados;

- Capacidade de negociação (valorizada);

- Experiência na análise de projetos (valorizada);

- Facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal, polivalência e flexibilidade para adaptação a diferentes contextos e interlocutores;

- Comunicação eficaz, escrita e verbal, tanto em português como em inglês;

- Domínio de software e ferramentas informáticas essenciais à função: Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project e pacote Office.
